The son of the owner was driving the truck. He could have given me a hard time or made fun of what I did but instead he was very friendly, very professional, and demonstrated quickly how good he is at what he does. Taking his time to get things right and used exceptional care, he made short work of getting my truck to a safe location. He caused no additional damage although I was certain it would be difficult not to. The price to save my truck was more than fair.
