To make matter's worse the owner will reply to all the negative google reviews claiming to be the nicest person ever and blames the customers. They charged me $1200 to tow that car 4.1 miles. This is highway robbery. Wanted me to sign my title over to them to get the bill paid. They do not even have a body shop there and could not assess the damages. I had to have it towed somewhere else and pay that fee plus $25/day storage. There are lots more honest tow companies in Ringgold. Try Worley's or Advanced Collision but avoid this company unless you have money to throw away. You have a choice. Don't take whomever is in the rotation for kickbacks.
