You have to watch what you order from these people for several reasons. 1) Just because they…read moreadvertise its for your car, it might not be. 2) What they advertise might not be what you get; the picture matched what I needed, but what I got was different requiring more modifications than I was willing to do. 3) Let's say they sell you two parts as a solution to your vehicle (its what they advertise). Lets say those parts are a fuel pump and fuel line. Those two parts are not necessarily compatible with each other, but they won't tell you that. Summary: Just because it might fit your vehicle (or not), the part may not be "correct" for the application.

The first interaction was a guy popping up out of his seat to make sure we don't touch the cars on the show room. My husband isnt white but he can still read. The next interaction was picking up a catalog for his model mustang. Ignored by one lady, had to repeat ourselves to make sure that we weren't doing anything wrong by taking the catalog. We asked if they were free, the lady that did respond says, YES" with a nasty tone. She never looked to acknowledge us. My husband said, "That was weird." The entire experience was weird and uncomfortable.

I am always impressed by O'Reilly's wide selection of items, and love the quality of the products…read moreand their warranties - we don't speak enough good things about O'Reilly. I get all my car needs met here, such as batteries (comes with 3 year warranties which I can attest to as I have had one replaced in the past year while 2 years into the warranty), spark plugs, cabinet air filters, windshield wiper and etc - I even got my intake hose at O'Reilly after learning that it had become cracked in Cali. To me, O'Reilly is dependable, nationwide, and cost effective - so wherever I go there'll be one to help me out in sticky situations. This one I visited today got me out of a pickle of a situation, and I am ever so grateful. Plus, service is always helpful and friendly, so it's a great place to go and learn more if you ever get curious. Here is a before and after photo of my headlights. It has been an agenda of mine for YEARS to restore it after watching motivational light restoration videos on Youtube. However, it wasn't until I couldn't stand it anymore and started sanding with a 140 grit sand paper did I realize what trouble I had gotten myself into. I had purchased a Meguiar's PlastX at a heavily discounted price at an Amazon liquidation store, and after using it - I found out that it did not do as advertised. I should've gotten the hint that it was not a good option seeing that sanding was not in the directions of the bottle. Alas, a choice to make, which was 1.) to either leave it be, or 2.) try and fix it with whatever motivation I have left and whatever is the cheapest available at O'Reilly's. After consulting the internet (youtube) showed me that there are a couple of options at O'reilly's that I could get, I boiled it down to Turtle Wax Headlight Lens Restoration Kit - T240KT. Priced at 12.99 - it was the perfect thing that could help me with the mess I had already made. This was a last resort, and I am happy to report that my headlight lens restoration project was a success! Although, please follow the directions - I had made some errors (1. using microfibre instead of cotton first and using the clear liquid instead of the white liquid first) and even though it came out nice, I think using the white bottle instead of the clear bottle first would've made it much better. I would say, however, this is more of a one time use product, unless you can get the wipes separately, since the wipes made a big difference in the quality of work.

Before I took delivery of my 2025 Ford Maverick Lariat AWD Hybrid I knew was would be installing a…read moretonneau cover but with so many brands and types out there this was no easy task especially since everyone has their own needs and expectations. Knowing I had a specific reason for purchasing this truck which was to flat tow it behind my motor home I maybe wouldn't be using it like a lot of buyer would. Versatility was part of the decision so the T-Slot Rails offered that, but I also wanted a dry truck bed or as dry as possible, security / lockable, a retractable hard top that is easy to use, durability and of course a good look and fit and most importantly a high quality product with a good warranty. My online search was a little overwhelming to start but as I eliminated 90% plus percentage of tonneau covers that didn't meet my needs I landed on the "RealTruck" site. I started a chat with a real person verses a bot and got real answers and since I had already narrowed down my search to a specific cover I needed more time before making a final decision and making a purchase. I was offered several options to receive emails with more details of the cover listed below including a link for the installation video and also a separate email with a link to place the order once I completed my due diligence. What I purchased and installed myself. RTX-T-80337 - Retrax PRO XR Manual Retractable Tonneau Cover w/ T-Slot Rails. Reasons for purchasing from RealTruck and this 5 star review after seeing all the negative reviews on this company online. Great website that provides accurate details and pricing. Great customer service using online chat and email communications. Fast Shipping and tracking updates. Quality shipping packaging, they take extra measures to ensure you receive your order without damage. Good installation instructions and all the hardware was included, no missing parts. Online installation YouTube videos (step by step showing every step by a qualified technician) Good follow up after the sale. I am happy with the product, the ease of installation, the way the product operates, the quality and the customer service throughout the entire process...
