Great customer service and price...it doesn't get better than that! One last thing, I did read and discussed the reviews before I scheduled an appointment and was told this shop has been under new management for the past year. Certainly, my experience was much different than others had in the past.

I made my appointment weeks in advance and first thing in the morning to avoid being stranded again. When I got there they asked me if I brought my own parts...... They then had to wait until after 2pm to get parts, and could not replace the ball joints before closing. Completely self-inflicted. The negatives- they lowballed the offer on trade in and were very rude in negotiation. Further when it was discovered that the pickup's navigation wasn't working they refused to alter the price, or fix it, but rather just clung to 'we didn't say it worked in the listing' (it was a $150 fix, and you show pictures of the navigation/SD slot). Said that service would remove the nail that was discovered in the tire-didn't. No tour of the truck or it's features. All in all I'm happy with the truck, however, the experience and the customer service stood out for being so negative and adversarial. Having bought used cars 4-5 times Over the last decade I can say this was the worst customer service of them all.
