Never again would I use them and I would recommend others do not either. I bought a used pickup from them. The positives- wound up with a fair price on the truck, the…read morefinancing was fair/friendly and organized, and there was good communication up until the day of purchase. The negatives- they lowballed the offer on trade in and were very rude in negotiation. Further when it was discovered that the pickup's navigation wasn't working they refused to alter the price, or fix it, but rather just clung to 'we didn't say it worked in the listing' (it was a $150 fix, and you show pictures of the navigation/SD slot). Said that service would remove the nail that was discovered in the tire-didn't. No tour of the truck or it's features. All in all I'm happy with the truck, however, the experience and the customer service stood out for being so negative and adversarial. Having bought used cars 4-5 times Over the last decade I can say this was the worst customer service of them all.
