Confused, I called my insurance and asked why it wasn't covered as it has been before for a shorter, if not the same distance, tow in the past. I talked to two different insurance providers and BOTH were confused at the expensive charge since they had ALREADY covered $150 of the bill. Both insurance providers clarified with me multiple times that I was being told to pay $110 out of pocket for a 2-mile towing service as neither of them could find a valid reason. When MotionPro's owner originally called me to ask how I would be paying it, I asked them to wait while I contacted my insurance company as it should be covered. INSTEAD of listening to my request, they continued to tow my vehicle WITHOUT any payment confirmation. My insurance company was attempting to contact Shawn (the owner of MotionPro) who WOULD NOT answer them to cancel the service so I could get my vehicle towed by another company. That is when the tow truck started moving to my preferred mechanic. When the towing truck and I got to the mechanic, Shawn had sent me a text saying that I could either answer him in the next 2 minutes or the price would go up on my out-of-pocket charge already plus it would be impounded. (Keep in mind I was on the phone with insurance and could not answer his calls.) When MotionPro moved my vehicle to my preferred mechanic, 2 miles away, we went to talk to the driver who called Shawn on the phone while I was on the phone with insurance. We explained multiple times that we told them to WAIT while we contacted the insurance company since we should not be having to pay the fee but they moved it anyway. Shawn was disrespectful and unprofessional by continuously cutting us off and yelling over us. He gave us two options; pay the fee or call the cops. He ended up calling the cops for us. In the end, we were forced to pay the fee as it was a civil matter and the cop could not legally have the towing company put the car down after it had already been hooked up. DO NOT GO WITH THIS TOWING COMPANY! It is a COMPLETE scam and OVER CHARGES.

Direct answeres and inexpensive. However, they kept delaying my tow. I needed to tow a fifth wheel. They said they had some trucks break down that day and I understood it happens, but then it happened again and then they tell me another time they can only do what I needed tuesdays and wed which also made sense as it wasn't an emergency And that was their slow days. The day before the tow, I called and asked about the quote I was given to make sure I didn't get up there and not have all the funds. They did raise it almsot $200 but even then I just had been waiting and just needed to get my fifth wheel asap so it didn't matter to me. Then the day of I'm four hours out and already headed up there, I call them as I hadn't received a call yet, and he tells me his truck broke down (again) and that he would call me back when he figured it all out. I immediatly after waiting as long as I did was just over the non stop pushing it off. the guy who I purchased the fifth wheel from was getting impatient as well. So I called Ron's auto wrecker in Gaylord and they didn't give me excuses like I felt I had been giving time and time again with Phil's towing. They told me to not turn around and they could do it that afternoon. They followed me immediatly, no waiting and we got my fifth wheel finally and they were so pleasent And also inexpensive. I now regret not calling them sooner. phils towing seemed as if they possibly just didn't want to do it looking back and they should have just said like many other towing companies did they simply didn't want to do it. I would have moved on. They never called me back when he "figured it all out" that just showed me again they just didn't want to do it. Instead they kept telling me different reasons Why I would have to wait And they probably were hoping I'd just find someone else. Instead I trusted them and waited on them. Bummer really. This could have just been my experience and they may very well be a great company however I will never call them again.

Not only did these guys kill it but they got it done quick too. I have been a customer here for years on and off and actually stopped going because of the old management. It was a complete shit show no one knew what was going on and when which has left them with a reputation they now.do not deserve. They had a manager in place that was horrible and could not mkeep up with the jobs. They cleeeearly have gotten that 100% in check now and gave.my baby a nice detail soo ahe left with me nice and shiny. Soo if you want that amazing quality of work and service pleeeease give these guys another shot i promise you wont be disappointed
