The driver was equally helpful and very pleasant. We were extremely pleased and grateful for their service. I highly recommend them if you need assistance around the Grayling area.

I had USA Trailers in Grayling run new brake lines on my boat trailer in late November. I happened…read moreto climb under it today (December 2) and noticed that they ran hard lines all the way out to the calipers. These are torsion axles that move relative to the trailer frame. They should have included a flexible line to accommodate this movement, but didn't. When I called, Tom said this is how they always do it. Brakes are a safety issue. On our way through Flint on 475, the lug nuts sheared resulting in the tire being lost, but thankfully not causing a collision. Two hours later, we were able to get back on the road and made it home safely. We reported the incident to USA trailers, who then contacted H&H Trailers. To our disappointment, both companies pass the blame on to us for not checking the tightness of the lug nuts, even though we hadn't traveled 200 miles with a brand new trailer. Had our tractor fit on 20 year old utility trailer, we wouldn't have been in the market to purchase a new one but will not recommend using these companies to others.

When I was first looking to purchase a car, I contacted this dealership and I was stuck with an uneducated and non-communicative salesman named Shane Grove, who was incredibly useless. Do not go to Shane, he does not have people or customer service skills. Once I told Shane that I would be financing the vehicle through my credit union he was helping me less and less when it came to looking for a vehicle. I had to demand I get a new salesman due to being treated so poorly (especially after spending 26k on a car). Also, when I went to pick up the car I was told how the title was not in for the vehicle and no one at the dealership even bothered to keep me informed I was having to messaged and call them constantly just to get an update on my title because I am currently driving around with the dealerships plate instead of my own. This dealership sullied my car buying experience and I will never go back nor will I be recommending people to shop here. -10/10 car buying experience.
