D and N Towing was called to the scene and the driver was speeding on the left shoulder when he struck my car and another vehicle. The driver of the tow truck jumps out and starts cursing at us saying we "swerved onto the shoulder". We didn't. We were parked. They clipped my side view mirror and tore off the rear quarter panel on the other vehicle. After sending the damage report and pictures to the company and repeated phone calls, some lady answers the phone today and says "we are not responsible for the damage to your car" and hangs up. Was so friendly we chose to use them. It was the middle of the eve and heavy holiday traffic, very dangerous to be broken down on the side of the road with a van full of kids. The fastest tow I have ever had. Called and 16 mins later he was there with a flatbed and ready to help us out. Then later the next day needed them again for helping to get into our van. Showed up in 6 mins! Best towing service we have EVER had! Friendly, courteous, and extremely kind and helpful!
