Bad business ethics!!!!!! The police tend to use this service on accidents and I have no idea why other than they may be the only tow company available In the area. Never again would I use them and I would recommend others do not either. He picked up our vehicle, took it back to his place and stored it until we were back in town with the part to fix it. We found out we could not completely fix it without a dealership scanner to complete the job, so once again we left our truck with him. He delivered it to the dealership the next day, and explained the issues and even offered to go back and pick it up if we could not get there during the dealers open hours. His pricing was great. Very fair! He went above and beyond with his communication and professionalism. Highly recommend this company!
