I have AAA, so I go online and order myself some help (as Honey curled up for a nap on the passenger seat). The app said it was going to be 59 minutes. I already was walking in frozen toe nubs, needless to say, I was concerned for the well being of all my digits. It also sends me the name of the towing company coming to help me. So, I called directly, told them the predicament, hoping that I wasn't going to turn into an ice princess. This place was awesome, understanding, amazing, and helpful. They sent Super Jordan! He literally was out here in 7 minutes. He was in the car in under two and all the whole happy, friendly, funny, and kind. If you are stuck, if you need help, these are the people you should call. They treat you like a human that deserves kindness, and those are my kind of people.

I texted Mr. Quick Pick on Wednesday. They responded within 30 minutes. Being the day before July 4th, we decided to meet up on Friday. They helped me avoid the local city's HUGE summer festival traffic and drove over an HOUR to meet with me. Not knowing the area well, I left early and arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time. Mr. Quick Pick was ALREADY there! They finished programming my new Subaru OEM key fob and cutting the "valet" key in less than five minutes, tested both fob and key several times - both worked flawlessly. Empower Automotive's Bree recommended them to me. If THEY recommend them, so I trusted Mr. Quick Pick from the start. Could not be more satisfied.
