We found out we could not completely fix it without a dealership scanner to complete the job, so once again we left our truck with him. He delivered it to the dealership the next day, and explained the issues and even offered to go back and pick it up if we could not get there during the dealers open hours. His pricing was great. However, there was a billing issue with my insurance that resulted in Mid State calling me to get payment some weeks later. At first I thought it was a scam phone call since the person calling was vague and dodging questions. After asking for clarification out of my own confusion/concern, the person calling from the office was incredibly rude, dismissive, and flat-out confrontational. I paid and asked them to send me a receipt for my insurance coverage. They said they would but I haven't received it. I will never seek anything from this towing service again. If you want to work with someone organized and capable of demonstrating any basic human empathy, I'd recommend avoiding this business. PS: It's officially been nearly 2 weeks - still no receipt. So, my insurance cannot reimburse me.

D and N Towing was called to the scene and the driver was speeding on the left shoulder when he struck my car and another vehicle. The driver of the tow truck jumps out and starts cursing at us saying we "swerved onto the shoulder". We didn't. We were parked. They clipped my side view mirror and tore off the rear quarter panel on the other vehicle. After sending the damage report and pictures to the company and repeated phone calls, some lady answers the phone today and says "we are not responsible for the damage to your car" and hangs up. Are you kidding me? Hang up on me? Read other 1 star reviews, this lady is a disaster. The tow truck itself hit the other car so hard that in punctured the tow trucks gas tank. They have zero professionalism and their customer service is a nightmare. Don't ever do business with these people. I was asking for $200 for the damage to my car. $200.
