However, there was a billing issue with my insurance that resulted in Mid State calling me to get payment some weeks later. At first I thought it was a scam phone call since the person calling was vague and dodging questions. After asking for clarification out of my own confusion/concern, the person calling from the office was incredibly rude, dismissive, and flat-out confrontational. I paid and asked them to send me a receipt for my insurance coverage. They said they would but I haven't received it. I will never seek anything from this towing service again. If you want to work with someone organized and capable of demonstrating any basic human empathy, I'd recommend avoiding this business. PS: It's officially been nearly 2 weeks - still no receipt. So, my insurance cannot reimburse me.

I would not recommend this dealership under any circumstances. Even if this were my only option, I…read morewould choose to go elsewhere. I brought my vehicle in for routine service and was told my tires were wearing unevenly at only 30,000 miles. Instead of providing a clear explanation or identifying the root cause (such as alignment or missed rotations), I was simply told they chose not to rotate them without any real reasoning or solution. That kind of response is concerning. I rely on a dealership to properly maintain my vehicle and communicate issues transparently. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it raises questions about how thoroughly vehicles are being serviced. Overall, the service felt careless and, frankly, a bit shady. I expected a higher level of accountability and expertise. I will not be returning.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here warrants a clear warning to others…read more I brought my vehicle in for what was supposed to be a straightforward repair and then heard almost nothing for 10 days. Communication was extremely limited--calls and messages largely went unanswered, and I was given little to no meaningful updates about the status of my car. After waiting over a week with no progress and no clear answers, I finally went to pick up my vehicle--only to find that absolutely no work had been done. Despite initial assurances, it became clear that nothing had even been started. When I tried to get an explanation, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude rather than any accountability. The lack of transparency, combined with the poor communication and apparent indifference, made the entire experience incredibly disappointing. Leaving a customer without their vehicle for 10 days with no work completed and minimal communication is simply unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before trusting this shop with their time or vehicle.
