I've heard most times this recalibration is not needed, but if it turns out it IS needed, you'd have to take it somewhere else at a cost of $250-$700, or as much as $1,000 at a dealership! No thank you! Especially after the already expensive windshield! My tech was Kyle and, boy, was he sharp! When he arrived he told me it would take around an hour, I believe he finished the windshield installation, recalibration and cleanup in around 30 minutes - no small feat for my big Honda Odyssey on his own - and returned from the test drive in under 10 minutes. It was easy to pay with any type of credit card, even AmEx, and all told I think it was about 40 minutes. The owner, Steve, was a pleasure to talk to, as was Kyle, A couple of easygoing guys. I definitely made the right choice! And, if ever I have the need again, I will probably only be putting out a call for one quote ... from MasterTech.

There's nothing better than "small town" type service that's able to be found in the city. The owner, Jim, is very personable and runs the place very effectively, and is well coordinated with his employees who are also very polite. My mind has always been eased with any concern I have ever had. The response time for everything, from initial set up of any appointment, to arriving at the appointment, all the way to hours after my appointment, long after they got their money, has always been immediate and handled in a manner that tells me everything I need to know about the integrity of this company, the employees, and their desire to ensure nothing but top quality work.
