With only one estimate, we decided to get financing to complete the job. Our credit union sent out an appraiser to determine the value of our house for the loan. The appraiser and I were talking while he was gathering information and asked me what the loan we applied for was going to be used for. I explained we were wanting the foundation repaired and he asked if we got an estimate from B-Dry. I had not heard of B-Dry, but I investigated them and decided to give them a call. Marc came out right on time and gathered the information he needed to put together an estimate, which came out to be half the price of the other company for the same work, so we went with B-Dry. On the scheduled day, they the job foreman called me to let me know they were on their way and what time they would be here (right on time). The crew showed up and got right to work. They were very respectful of our home and ensured they would not damage our hardwood floors. They began their job and discovered a minor issue. Marc showed up and consulted with the crew. Marc informed me the gas line would need to be moved in the basement. With my approval, they called a licensed plumber out and got the line moved with no problem. Work continued. Things progressed quickly and efficiently. One of the crew members told me about the experience and relationship of the crew and that it was impressive that a company retains experienced people that care about the quality of work they do. This entire process took less than 2 weeks, and I could not believe the difference from start to finish. We have had several good rainstorms since the work was done and have not had a drop of water in the basement, plus they were able to push our walls back into shape, ensuring a solid foundation. I have had plenty of experience with "building contractors" and this company ranks at the top of the list for quality vs. cost, professionalism, and following through with their game plan to achieve the goal.

Ordered one window blind the first week of September, was told 8 to 10 weeks. Called after 8 weeks, left a message. No return call. Called 5 days later and was told in not such a nice way not to call that they would advise me when product shipped. Called in November and was told product was coming by freight and no date of delivery was known. In mid December I saw a facebook ad and it had a CONTACT US OPTION. Sent an email and did receive a response. Said my blinds would be in December 22 and was able to set an install date. That date and time arrived and pasted. I called, left a message. The installer called and said my blinds were not in. I had not received a call to cancel my appointment. Called that Friday and was told it would be another week.
