The tint job I received was unacceptable--visible creases, sloppy workmanship, and nothing close to professional quality. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of accountability. After he was paid, he refused to communicate at all. I sent six messages over three months regarding the creases and the warranty he claims to offer. Every message was read. Not a single one was answered. He clearly has no intent of honoring his lifetime warranty. He tried to tell me that it was dog hair, not creases, in my window tint. Funny enough, I do not own a dog nor has an animal ever been in my car. My car was also detailed the day before drop off. It should also be noted, he stalked my social media accounts, found where I worked, and left a review for a company which he has never done business with as retaliation for a negative google review. Big. Man. Child. Steer clear and save yourself the frustration, money, and time.

Well, not only were they very friendly to my son, even giving him a little toy car but they had us in and out in about 15 minutes. They finished the repairs on my car earlier than expected which saved me some money on the rental car. They have someone that can take you and drop you off at Enterprise to rent a car. They even have coffee and soda/pop free while you wait. They did a great job repairing my vehicle and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. They even let me go home to get my checkbook to pay my deductible, because they have a fee to process credit and debit cards. I was really impressed with the service we received and would return, if needed.

Everyone I encountered was professional, kind and considerate of someone that knows very little about cars! They also helped arrange for the rental car I needed while mine was being worked on. A couple months later I had an alert come on the dash. I looked it up and was told at a previous auto repair shop that it could be something related to the body work I had done being put back in place. Knowing nothing of this sort of thing, I called and was told to bring the car in. They looked at the situation and it was NOTHING related to their repair and what was presented as a possibility. They clearly explained the issue and I learned how to better use my car! I appreciate the time they took as the issue had nothing to do with auto body. I hope to not need auto body repair in the future. If I do, The Auto Body Shop is where I will return!

I called on 07/18 to book an appointment for window tinting on 09/24,. The booking process was…read moresuper easy, I put down what I thought was a $100 down payment towards the work to secure my appointment however it wasn't until I needed to cancel my appointment which was still over a month away that I was informed that the $100 charge was non-refundable. When I explained to Hailey that I was not informed this at the time of booking she informed me, "I see you accepted the calendar invite which clearly states this" Keep in mind the calendar invite was sent AFTER I was charged. So nice of them to inform me after they charge me that the fee is non-refundable. When I explained this to her she told me that when she was hired that her boss made it clear that booking fees are so they do not lose money, I could easily understand this if I was cancelling without enough notice for them to schedule another appointment or if this was made clear before they decided to charge me. Needless to say I am out $100, so be advised when booking anything here.

He came right away and assessed the damage. It didn't take long to get an estimate. He came back within a couple weeks and had the glass in all four windows replaced within an hour!
