I am actively under contract on a house. Last week, my realtor set up an appointment with Troy…read moreGlass Co. to assess some findings from the inspection regarding fogged windows. Steve agreed to an appointment for this week, which required coordination from the sellers of the home, my relators, and the glass company. After changing the time of the appointment, he showed up at the seller's house over 2 hours later than agreed, after 5pm. He then acted as if he didn't know what he was supposed to do. The seller of the home had to let Steve use their cell phone to discuss what was needed with my realtor, even though it had been agreed upon previously. When my realtor called him out on the phone for his unprofessional behavior, he yelled at her and left without performing the service he agreed to provide. Not only was Steve unpleasant, he did not provide the service needed, and put my closing at risk. Fortunately, my realtor was able to arrange for another company to come out, and within 24 hours, we had what we needed. If you are looking for customer service and follow through, I would not suggest using this company.

Well, not only were they very friendly to my son, even giving him a little toy car but they had us in and out in about 15 minutes. They finished the repairs on my car earlier than expected which saved me some money on the rental car. They have someone that can take you and drop you off at Enterprise to rent a car. They even have coffee and soda/pop free while you wait. They did a great job repairing my vehicle and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with the service we received and would return, if needed.

Everyone I encountered was professional, kind and considerate of someone that knows very little about cars! They also helped arrange for the rental car I needed while mine was being worked on. A couple months later I had an alert come on the dash. I looked it up and was told at a previous auto repair shop that it could be something related to the body work I had done being put back in place. Knowing nothing of this sort of thing, I called and was told to bring the car in. They looked at the situation and it was NOTHING related to their repair and what was presented as a possibility. They clearly explained the issue and I learned how to better use my car! I appreciate the time they took as the issue had nothing to do with auto body. I hope to not need auto body repair in the future. If I do, The Auto Body Shop is where I will return!

When I explained to Hailey that I was not informed this at the time of booking she informed me, "I see you accepted the calendar invite which clearly states this" Keep in mind the calendar invite was sent AFTER I was charged. So nice of them to inform me after they charge me that the fee is non-refundable. When I explained this to her she told me that when she was hired that her boss made it clear that booking fees are so they do not lose money, I could easily understand this if I was cancelling without enough notice for them to schedule another appointment or if this was made clear before they decided to charge me. Needless to say I am out $100, so be advised when booking anything here.
