The response time for everything, from initial set up of any appointment, to arriving at the appointment, all the way to hours after my appointment, long after they got their money, has always been immediate and handled in a manner that tells me everything I need to know about the integrity of this company, the employees, and their desire to ensure nothing but top quality work.
