Glas Tek was the first business to contact me, and I heard from them quite literally less than 10 minutes after submitting the request. I can't say enough great things about their responsiveness and friendly, straightforward communication. The whole process start to end was smooth and stress-free. That same night, we scheduled a time for someone to come and fix the crack the very next day. Dennis ended up coming to my work on Thursday morning, and I received a text from him letting me know that my windshield was all fixed and that I could call him to provide my payment. I had another small crack on my windshield that had already been there for almost a year, and he was able to fix that one too. I was very impressed that he was able to repair it! My windshield looks perfect. Also, the price to fix both cracks cost almost HALF the price of the place I have visited in the past. I've heard most times this recalibration is not needed, but if it turns out it IS needed, you'd have to take it somewhere else at a cost of $250-$700, or as much as $1,000 at a dealership! No thank you! Especially after the already expensive windshield! My tech was Kyle and, boy, was he sharp! When he arrived he told me it would take around an hour, I believe he finished the windshield installation, recalibration and cleanup in around 30 minutes - no small feat for my big Honda Odyssey on his own - and returned from the test drive in under 10 minutes. It was easy to pay with any type of credit card, even AmEx, and all told I think it was about 40 minutes. The owner, Steve, was a pleasure to talk to, as was Kyle, A couple of easygoing guys. I definitely made the right choice! And, if ever I have the need again, I will probably only be putting out a call for one quote ... from MasterTech.

They only offered to refund half of what we paid for this cracked windshield! We asked for them to come back and install an unbroken one which they originally agreed to,but then refused, first stating that they didn't have a size to fit this van and then claiming it was our fault.
