It had been bothering me quite a bit, but Dr. Sadowski took such great care of me! We decided to place composite in the affected area to help prevent future staining, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm truly impressed with how everything turned out--such a noticeable difference. Highly recommend--one very happy patient!

Biltmore Commons has asked me to leave a review. I cannot in good faith say anything nice about…read morethis place. I am new to the area and was recommended to this practice. My old practice was a single dentist, a few dental assistants and a receptionist. You spend your entire visit with the dentist and he provides you an honest summary of your visit. The total visit is under a half hour. Biltmore Commons has 6 Dentists and at least that many dental hygienist and more dental assistants and receptionists. You spend the majority of your visit with your hygienist and about 2 minutes with the dentist. Because there is so much overhead you get a Spirit Airlines experience where you are constantly getting upsold nonsense. The hygienists are more like used car salesmen than people who clean your teeth. I have been to this place twice and they have tried selling me laser treatment ($100) night guards ($800), Invisilign, a Waterpick ($120), an additional cleaning, and they were going to try to sell me an electric toothbrush if I didn't already have one. The hygienists don't give up the entire visit until you say yes to something. The dentist never says you need any of these things. I never went through with any of these scams. And I will not be going to Biltmore Commons ever again. My first visit was 2 hours (with x-rays) and my second was almost an hour (without x-rays). I have a life and my time is not valued. My recommendation is to find a dentist with less overhead where they can pay for their practice with just regular dental work and not ancillary products.

We moved to Scottsdale about six or seven years ago. My wife did a ton of research before picking a…read moredentist and she chose S&L with Dr. David Ngo. I went with a different place at first because it was closer to where we were living. Well, that turned out to be a mistake. I ended up having a bad experience there and finally switched to S&L. Dr. Ngo and his team fixed everything the other dentist had messed up. Right away I knew my wife had been right all along. I've been going to S&L for four years now and they really are the best dental office I've ever been to. Dr. Ngo has removed all my old metal fillings and replaced them with modern ones, plus he's done a couple of crowns for me. Everything looks and feels great. My wife has also been extremely happy with all the work he's done for her too. I'm almost 55 and I've seen a bunch of top-rated, highly recommended dentists over the years, both here in the US and a couple in Mexico. Nothing else comes close. One thing I have to mention is how good Dr. Ngo is with people who hate dental visits or get nervous about pain. His work is excellent, but it's the way he takes care of you that makes the biggest difference. For example, the way he does Novocaine shots is unbelievable. You barely feel it at all. Every dentist out there should learn his technique. With all that said, I do think the front office experience could be better. If the customer service up front matched Dr. David's clearly caring vibe, it would be 100% perfect. If you're looking for a truly professional dentist who gives five-star care and service, this is the place. Dr. David Ngo at S&L is the only one I would recommend without any hesitation.

He is knowledgeable and professional and always takes time to check in, even during routine cleanings. I usually don't wait more than 5 minutes for my appointments. There have been times where I needed immediate dental care and they are able to work with you to fit you in as quickly as possible. I have recommended him to many people throughout the last 8 years! At a previous dental office in Miami I had a terrible experience that started with a routine cleaning that turned into a root canal 6 hours later and left me with significant anxiety with all things dental related. I found out a few years later after moving to Arizona that the root canal was not performed correctly and I had to get it re-done. Dr. Ngo is incredible at calming nerves and making you feel safe when in uncomfortable situations, especially with anxiety. He talks through every step in advance and during the procedures, so that there are no surprises. He takes extra time when numbing the mouth so that the pain is tolerable and at times barely noticeable. I really appreciate this and feel like it's rare to find. I highly recommend Dr. Ngo and S&L Dental for all your dental needs.

They had so many great reviews that I had to check it out. Such a beautiful office and wonderful people working there. The hygienist, dental assistant and the dentist were all so wonderful. No shaming over the state of my teeth. No pushing services I didn't want just a really good cleaning. I had a gum issue that we talked about fixing and they gave me the amount after insurance and I was able to schedule for the next week. Again a great experience. I highly recommend checking them out. Though the ownership has changed, the level of care has not, and may have improved. For instance, they recommended I get a retainer to prevent issues down the road. I travel here from 30 miles away just to get a cleaning, as I used to live next door. They seem to be cutting edge on their technology, and the doctor is friendly. The only issue I wish they would improve is parking communication. I always have trouble finding a spot and don't know where their deck is to park at, and by the time I'm leaving it's too late. The front desk staff is friendly and nice and I've never had an issue with billing. My wife has been to different dentists that wanted to bill for phantom cavities but this place has never done that to me. They are honest and good.

Yay for North Central Dentistry…read more After my last disastrous attempt to get my crown fixed I called back to my dentist in CA to get a recommendation and I ended up at this dentistry. Staff is super friendly and helpful -- Lam was the sweetest with getting me setup. What I like is everyone took a minute to chat with me, and I feel super comfortable getting my work done. Dr Matt was just awesome. After introducing himself, he took some time to get to know me and had a good attitude about himself, I really enjoyed chatting with him. And the fact that they make crowns on site is HUGE! I was able to have everything fixed in hours. And their prices were super reasonable!!! I usually require some extra prep for dental work, again it was a breeze. Got my crown replaced and am happy as can be. I am so happy that I have found my permanent dentist for my family going forward. Good customer service, transparency on how they operate--- thank you Dr Matt!

Through the Thank a Vet program, I was given an opportunity that changed my life--and the entire team went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. Over the course of about three and a half months, they didn't just provide dental care... they showed genuine dedication, patience, and respect in a way that I will never forget. From the very first visit, the front desk staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and a level of care that made me feel seen and valued. Roxanne, Diane, and another wonderful lady whose name I unfortunately never caught always made my appointments easy to schedule and easy to keep up with. That kind of consistency and kindness does not go unnoticed--it made a huge difference for me. My first couple of visits were with Doctor Lonier and Lamiya, who helped with my extractions and fillings. I'll be honest--even as a grown man, I've always been afraid of getting my teeth drilled on. But their level of knowledge, professionalism, and care made the entire process feel manageable and far less stressful than I ever expected. They took something I feared and made it feel easy. Over the last two months of my treatment, I was usually seen by Sehra and Dr. Matt. I want to give a special shoutout to Sehra--thank you for everything. There were times I didn't even have a toothbrush and needed help, and you were there without hesitation. You answered all of my questions, handled my concerns immediately, and always treated me with patience and respect. That meant more than you know. Dr. Matt, thank you for your kindness and support. The amount of time you personally gave me during such a critical time in my life means the world to me. You didn't rush the process--you invested real time and care into making sure everything was done right, especially with my dentures. That level of dedication is rare, and I am truly grateful. What stands out the most is the time and sacrifice this entire team made for me. This wasn't quick or easy work--they spent months making sure I was taken care of the right way. That speaks volumes about who they are and how deeply they support military veterans. Because of all of you, I now have not only the dental care I needed, but also confidence and comfort that I haven't felt in a long time. Thank you to the entire team for everything you've done for me. I will never forget it--and I'll definitely be seeing you again soon.

The extraction the dentist wasn't comfortable with removing my small rear tooth cuz it was too small and he didnt feel comfortable doing the extraction so they referred me to another dentist from another place to do it, I never scheduled that because I did t want to deal 2 different dentist over an extraction. They pushed hard for this root canal when I said extraction for that tooth also. They set me up n said they can save it but it might cost something. I was avoiding the cost of root canal but they wanted money & were very pushing. The root canal was at 1030am and I had some very important come up i could not miss, they didnt care to reschedule me at the later time but instead wanted to emphasize on charging me 50 bucks for not canceling 24hrs prior, I was rescheduling for same day I just wanted a later time. The rep over the phone was rude , and was not helping at all more just money hungry like she was trained for it. This place is horrible, im glad I didnt get no work done here , or the other referred place for extraction. This place needs more training in customer service, and more training being dentist! I would never refer anyone here to this place, they are very unprofessional and inexperienced in extraction obviously for them to transfer me somewhere for it, never been to a dentist who couldn't take care of a problem them self. I would never trust a dentist from there , just from the 20 min visit I had with the physicians.
