O'Connors has been around for decades, but this is the first time in a few decades we've come back and we brought our teenage sons with us for a late lunch. There is real Irish food on this menu that will not disappoint. I ordered Reuben that was one of the best I've ever had. The meet was tender and not fatty. I ordered it with a side of coleslaw that wasn't soggy and was very tasty. The kids got turkey clubs which they devoured. Our waitress was pleasant and quick and brought us refills without even having to ask for them! The kids got a kick out of the Irish music playing. You really feel like you take a step into a pub in Ireland when you come here. So if you are looking for some great Irish Food, good Irish music and just a fun place to eat, this is the place to come to! Enjoy!

Our final destination was a Wachusett Reservoir hike, and we planned to stop for an early lunch along the way. Lou Roc's Diner had great reviews so we'd stop there first. Unfortunately Lou Roc's Diner was closed, even though it said open on Yelp, Google and their website. So, we turned around and drive to O'Connor's Restaurant & Bar, just a couple of minutes away. O'Connor's is a really large place, with a large patio. We opted for the outside seating selecting a shadier table. Out waitress arrived quickly and we ordered: Red Reuben Rye Sandwich with Cole Slaw: $14.99 The 1/2 Pound Angus Burger with cheese & Fries: $15.99 Iced Tea: $3.25 The cheeseburger was cooked nicely rare and it was tasty, though not as juicy as we like, with too much bun for the burger. The Reuben was very good, and the side of Cole Slaw was also good. I'd be happy to order this again. The fries were excellent, hot, crispy and not overly salted. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would be happy to return.

I'm from out of town bout an hour away and just reading the many previous reviews where the new restaurant/owners are criticized for not being the old. Well folks, everything is constantly changing esp in the restaurant industry. It's not my first rodeo eating at the bar so I feel confident in my first impression. First off the place is very big, the parking lot is very big so I can see why it may look less than full majority of the time. Can't imagine what it costs to heat and cool the place. I stopped in on a Wednesday 4pm ish and yes it was relatively quiet w/ a business party in the back. In my experience restaurants this large tend to pay the bills with events so I hope people take it into account. By the time I left the main sitting area was pleasantly full with indistinct chatter and some laughing. Warm and cozy tbh. In my short stay here, I will def come back. I'm a person who likes to sit at the bar or near the bar. Ambience is great, music was just right while I was there, beer selection is solid. I don't do mixed drinks so I can't speak to that. The 2 bartenders were very nice and personable and had a handle on both serving food and tending bar. I had that frickin Guinness pie, granted I was very hungry but wow it was everything I'd hoped! I usually don't eat like that at the bar but I saw the video I'm sure you all saw and it was spot on. I'll be back for chicken pot pie next. Bangers and mash was a special so that could potentially be #3. Regardless there were many items on the menu I'd like to try. Conveniently located right off the highway. At the risk of offending people reading this I have one comment to the dining community... If you want good service and good people serving you then you need to tip above the taxes 20%.... It is what it is folks. Perhaps people liked the old place more b/c it was a different time when it was possible to live off mostly food margins and just figuring out 20% of the bill. Sometimes 20% off the pretax bill and you all know who u are. I will conclude by saying I am NOT in the restaurant industry. From what I've seen this is not less than 4 stars

Chicken pot pie

Everyone their was pleasant and did everything they good to make our lunch perfect. Waitress went above and beyond to make everything perfect. We ordered the Chicken pot pie and beef pot pie and they did not disappoint! More than enough food and it tasted great. Was in the area looking for something to eat and this place was perfect! I will definitely return.

The Prime Rib

We had a great dinner at O'Connor's. The restaurant has a beautiful wood bar area and the whole place has a pub feel. The menu has a great selection of classic Irish cuisine, sandwiches and many other dishes. We had a basket of warm rolls while waiting for our meals. Our server was friendly and gave great recommendations! The prime rib was delicious and seafood casserole always good. The prices were very reasonable also.

After seeing a few positive/raving reviews about this place on another social site we decided we…read morehad to get takeout and try it. Prices were average for dinner. We enjoyed our takeout meals! The chicken broccoli alfredo was a huge portion with very good homemade alfredo sauce. The picanha steak dinner came with the most tender pieces of picanha I have ever tried. The Brazilian chicken stroganoff was also very good. It had lots of mushrooms and great flavor. The only thing I didn't care for was the rice that came with the steak and the stroganoff. It was not the typical rice you would expect to receive and it lacked... I cannot even name it.. it just wasn't good. We will definitely head to this restaurant to try it in person. We weren't able to order the meat lover's kebab to go - and that is what everyone has been talking about!

The server was very nice but the food was pretty bad honestly. "Nachos supreme" had stale chips,…read morebarely melted cheese, olives and pinto beans with a side of cold queso? I hate to be that person so we just paid and left but the photo speaks for itself... margarita flatbread was also pretty bad. The sauce tasted tasted like salsa, and it had squares of melted halloumi on it? Looked nothing like one of the pictures I saw on Google reviews so I'm thinking they may have just ran out of ingredients yesterday. Even just the restaurant itself was pretty gross. Sticky floors, dirty plates and silverware given to us, dirty bathroom. Definitely won't be going back.
