Trouble is they didn't complete the job and moved on to BIGGER AND BETTER JOBS leaving me high and dry.....he order a special size window and it was the wrong size.....told him he should pay for it.....a month later still hasn't paid for it, but always having an excuse, and saying he would pay but doesn't. My wife actually called, Scott stated " since your husband yelped me I will not do any warranty on your home". He continued to rant about how much he disliked me. This man is not ambitious and has no concsience. Steer clear of this uncultured less than professional individual.

Working with Scott George was one of the biggest mistakes in my 74 years. We found him to be…read morecontrolling, deceitful and builds at a low quality level. It took 15 months to build my home, he was approx 140000 above quoted bid and would never reveal a breakdown of items bid. So you always paid more money for what he called upgrades,while never revealing what was the allowed amount. One would ask why we kept him. We had guests coming from out of country and a reunion planned at the house we did not want to cancel. He had fired our wall builder,claimed he could build it and although passed the inspection was nothing close to design. When we came on the property,or anyone else came onto the property, Scott would go into a rage and insult them until they would leave. This included my swimming pool contractor. Whenever I left town he called my wife and it was pay day. He had all monies plus extra money paid to him 2 months before completion and did not finish the master shower until July 28th 2024. Our shower floor is still coming up and now he wants to use large tile instead. He doesn't know how to finish a bathroom. Chi is one of the bad high grossing builders in the area you should avoid. He does not repair bad work. When my wife calls he doesn't answer and if he does he demeanor her for a few minutes then comes around. This man is not working with the common professional practices expected at this level of business. He brags about firing his 80 year old father. Too many better options. We did not have a choice due to no builders who weren't swamped at that time. My home is one of the homes in his pictures. Run do not walk to a different builder.
