We suffered a very stressful and extensive flood damage from a loose toilet connection in the…read moremiddle of the night while we were sleeping. What a nightmare to wake up to! I called Emergency Remediation Services and they were here in no time at all setting up fans and dehumidifiers and assessing where all the unseen damage was. They had every needed trade on call from electrical to plumbers who showed up at the drop of a dime. The craftsman and laborers that they had on the job all showed up wearing masks and were so polite and understanding with the stress we were under. Their skill at drywall and deconstruction and then construction in general is unmatched! Dealing with insurance companies is never a fun thing but Chad (the owner) is so good at talking their language and helping us navigate the claims process. Jeff and Brad stopped by after putting in a full day to see if our problem had been solved. I told them the story above and they asked if they could take a look. And I am so glad they did! After running actual diagnostic tests and not just seeing me as $$$ signs they immediately got me a quote for the broken part and are replacing it ASAP!
