Trouble is they didn't complete the job and moved on to BIGGER AND BETTER JOBS leaving me high and dry.....he order a special size window and it was the wrong size.....told him he should pay for it.....a month later still hasn't paid for it, but always having an excuse, and saying he would pay but doesn't. We suffered a very stressful and extensive flood damage from a loose toilet connection in the…read moremiddle of the night while we were sleeping. What a nightmare to wake up to! I called Emergency Remediation Services and they were here in no time at all setting up fans and dehumidifiers and assessing where all the unseen damage was. They had every needed trade on call from electrical to plumbers who showed up at the drop of a dime. The craftsman and laborers that they had on the job all showed up wearing masks and were so polite and understanding with the stress we were under. Their skill at drywall and deconstruction and then construction in general is unmatched! Dealing with insurance companies is never a fun thing but Chad (the owner) is so good at talking their language and helping us navigate the claims process. This would not have been possible without Chad and his crew! Our house looks better than before the flood damage. I would highly recommend Emergency Remediation Services to anybody!

These guys are the real deal!! My air conditioner went out and I contacted a few different…read morecompanies because everyone was booked out (middle of a heat wave, of course everyone's units are going down) the "other" guys got here first and their tech was very friendly but immediately it felt like a scare tactic sales pitch rather than the $96 service call I was charged for. I was told they could do nothing for my unit and that I would have to replace the whole system (average costs of $11000) ouch! In walk my knights in Freel's uniforms! Jeff and Brad stopped by after putting in a full day to see if our problem had been solved. I told them the story above and they asked if they could take a look. And I am so glad they did! After running actual diagnostic tests and not just seeing me as $$$ signs they immediately got me a quote for the broken part and are replacing it ASAP! I can't express enough gratitude for these men, not only are they saving me thousands of dollars but they are also getting my family cooled off quickly, they are human enough to realize that making a family sleep in a house that is 95+ degrees is not worth the money of selling something not needed!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I know who I will be calling when my system actually does bite the dust!!

He did this in a scientific way, without trying to overwhelm us or push product. He left us with reading materials and references, allowing us to make our own choices. I am so glad we stuck with him, negotiating the confusing world of water softener gadgets and gizmos. He helped us pick the right unit, and after a year, we are still very pleased. We use water very conservatively, only about 45 gallons a day, so we only went thru 2 bags of salt in one year. He was still happy to come back to deliver those 2 bags, give us a refresher on how the water softener works, and checked to make sure everything was in order. Honest guy, good technician, good product. Sorry now that we didn't install one of these years ago.
