Their company installed a washer in my home but did not put the drain pipe into the drain hose. Ran the washer and water came all throughout my living room. Over 15k in damages. Kept getting the runaround from them until I had to get an adjuster. Took them well over a month to file a claim with their insurance and now they are denying installing the water lines which is a lie (I have photos of water lines installed and an installation receipt). It has been over 6 months and I still have a hole in my ceiling because they are not responding to their insurance company.
