Signed a $3,000 maintenance contact with this company and right after maintenance service I was told I had 2 bad compressor which I didn't believe so I had my retiring mechanical guy stop by to check. He came back to me with the thermostat line on one unit had been cut and the second unit had a cut charge line which he ended up fixing both for just over $400. When I called Ben back and told him I no longer wanted to continue with the contract he asked why and I told him I had my guy stop by for a second opinion at which point he said if you had another company look at or touch any of my equipment that was a breach of contact. He ended the conversation with "you called someone else which means you breached the contract. Thank you" have had no response from emails, text & calls. This company needs to be shut down with no physic locations in Rehoboth or OC just PO Boxes......
