Everyone was either 2-3 weeks out or wanted to charge overtime rates and still couldn't guarantee they'd have my power restored before the weekend. Not Dave. Those things weren't even brought up. He was immediately "we'll get this done and you back home". Matt went out that day to do a quote. Bob and Randy were at my house at 8am the next morning to make the repairs. Not only were they professional and prompt, they were kind, compassionate and made sure to keep me informed from start to finish. When I informed them my insurance wasn't going to cover the repairs, Dave, Bob and Randy said they would do whatever possible to save me money. True to their word, Bob and Randy not only repaired the electrical outside, but notified the inspector, contacted the power company and STAYED until they were finished to make sure my son and I had power and heat.
