    Pumpkin Caramel Kringle
    Travis B.

Pumpkin Caramel Kringle: A Kringle is a large circular Danish pastry with flaky dough, covered in icing, & filled with fruit, nut, or other more unique flavors. After doing a little research I've learned that sadly, Kringles are not widely spread throughout the U.S. It turns out that Racine, WI is actually the epicenter for Kringles. O&H Danish Bakery opened in 1949 and has been family owned for four generations. Did you know Kringle is the official state pastry of Wisconsin? This one is filled with a sweet and delicious pumpkin puree and topped with a drizzle of caramel icing and sprinkling of pecans. The pastry has just the right amount of chewiness to it and is also a little flaky like a croissant. O&H does not skimp on the filling as there is plenty of pumpkin hiding inside. Personally, I found pumpkin was the strongest flavor, but it's accompanied by cinnamon and a nuttiness (from the pecans). Caramel was the least noticeable as it came off as mostly a generic sweetness on my tastebuds. Personally, I don't care for nuts on my desserts, so I would be fine if it didn't come with pecans. Although I would have liked more caramel and less pecans, pumpkin is the most important factor, and this was a phenomenal pumpkin dessert! Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews

We received a Danish Kringle as a gift this Christmas and it was amazing! Usually food gifts in the mail we will try but never really love... But the Danish Kringle was out of this world! It was fresh, flaky and sweet. It warmed up so perfectly in the oven and was a great holiday treat. We will be ordering as gifts for our clients next year! They are out of this world.

Always have amazing baked goods from the various flavors or seasonal kringles and cakes. They also have a vast variety of ever changing other baked goodies such as cookies, brownies, donuts, flavored loafs and fresh made breads. The service is always great also no matter which location you go to. Great quality across the board

    BEST DONUT EVER!! Thanks Kaylee!

I recently had the worst week imaginable, but let me tell you how Kaylee at O and H completely turned it around! Donuts have always been a wonderful treat for me, but Kaylee took it to the next level. She didn't just pick out any chocolate donut--she chose THE best one and added even more chocolate! Can you believe that? Extra chocolate on an already perfect donut! If you're looking for the best donut place, with the best donuts, and now the best server--ASK FOR KAYLEE! She totally gets it. Thanks, O and H, and a huge shoutout to Kaylee! You both rock!"

O&H my! Go here. Authentic bakery serving the community. Staff knows their business. They are famous for the Kringles. We got the Apple but they have more flavors than Baskin-Robbins! I also got the rugbrød, a dense seeded Scandinavian bread great for open-faced sandwiches. We also experienced the Scandinavian Dream Cake which was outstanding. A simple moist vanilla cake with a light caramelized frosting and a dusting of coconut. Pretty much the best thing in the world you can eat for $2.25.

Fantastic place with a variety of Kringle available! They make them in house and have many flavors. Not very expensive for the amount of Kringle you get! This is a Wisconsin must have if you're in the area!

Big unexpected bonus? They have a drive through. It seems like an odd thing to glorify for a coffee shop that focuses on quality--but this was really a big plus for me at the time. I had a colicky baby in the car and the idea of getting him out of a car seat and back into it again made me not want to leave the house all that often. Being able to drive up to grab some delicious (non-Starbucks) coffee that reminded me of the good old days in Austin was such a huge mood booster. The moon milk sells itself. It's super sweet, so if you don't want it to be too sweet, I usually ask for 1/8 moon (1/4 is on the menu, and it's still too much for me). I do wish it was in a more convenient location. It definitely feels suburban and like it's just in a random strip, but I'm also not all that familiar with in Kenosha. Hooray for Summermoon in WI. Now I have a reason to make a pit stop on my way to Chicago.

Looking it up online I discovered it contains oat milk, which a good percentage of celiacs, including me, cross react to. The moon milk is a "proprietary blend" they say has no allergens, but oats, rye, and barley are not considered allergens, but are not tolerated by celiacs. No way to know what their secret ingredients are. My fault for not asking The in store menu did not indicate this had oat milk. I assumed it was just milk.

The name, Drip & Culture, perfectly describes this spot. I was in the Great Lakes area for only 2 days for one of my nephew's Navy graduation and I went to this place twice. As a Filipino, I approve their ube; it's not like the "ube"/vanilla with food coloring from Trader Joe's. Sidenote: I love Trader Joe's overall, but the majority of their ube products are terrible. I'm going to be craving that Ube Hojicha for a long time. I hope I can find something similar back home. Also, if you're hungry, try the tacos sold inside the supermarket adjacent to the cafe.
