Date of order: April 4, 2026 I used the app to order some cookies for a friend for Easter and understood that because it was further away I was paying a $13 extended delivery fee. A few minutes after the order was picked up by DoorDash, the driver realized that it was not very close and said they would not be delivering the order and I could contact DoorDash for a refund. I did not use DoorDash, I used Crumbl, who outsourced the delivery to DoorDash. I then called the Gurnee store to get my refund, but no one would answer the phone for me to get a refund so now I have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. You would think that the store would reach out to me when DoorDash brought the order back to the store, but sadly they did not. Not likely to order anything from Crumbl again given the poor experience. read more

These cookies pack an ample amount of sweetness, along with being dense and moist. I can't say much about the service since most of the process is self service, as there are two available kiosks you create your order at, then wait at the counter for your order. Each time I've been, an employee presents my order with a smile. The place is clean and bright, and it being crumbl, there are no tables if you wanted to dine in. read more

Crumbl cookie is sooo yummy and I'm usually satisfied with the flavors and quality of the cookies. They can definitely be hit or miss though. My only issue with this location is the customer service. The first time I was here the worker showed me my cookies to make sure they were correct and boxed it up. My most recent visit the worker called my named and just slid my open box on the counter and walked away... No "thank you" "enjoy" "come again" "have a good day" just walked away. read more

I understand how difficult and draining service jobs can be. I don't want to judge, however it's unacceptable to not prepare the food the way it should be. Very little topping on the large desserts when other stores do exactly the opposite. It's a problem I've seen constantly at this location alone. read more

I will say I'm not the biggest fan of crumble cookie. I'm more of an insomnia gal, but I wanted to try out their new flavors. I ordered two cookies, the banana bread and peanut butter cookies & cream. Both were actually really good. If I had to pick one, I think I would go with the banana bread. The service was fast, I ordered at the kiosk at the front, then someone brought the cookie to the front before I could finish taking my pictures. The server opened the box to make sure I was happy with the way the cookies looked. Once I told her I was happy she gave me my cookies to go. Stopped by on a weekday afternoon. There was a couple of customers ahead of me waiting for their order that they placed ahead of time. Since their Self Order Kiosks were not in use, I was waiting in front of the counter for someone to take my order. Like what they would do at other Crumbl Cookies location. Not one single employee there told me to order at the Kiosk in the front counter. It was like I was invisible. No directions or greeting was given like other locations I've been to. Customer Service was lacking and disappointing. Especially since they were not busy at all and have been opened for some time now in the area. Soon, I realized I could order myself and placed an order for a snickerdoodle cookie and two ice cream (snickerdoodle and vanilla). Clearly I love my snickerdoodle flavor anything! Lol Once I placed my order, the employee in charge of grabbing orders was quick and efficient. I was out the door in a couple mins. Seems like they are only trained to do one job and only their job only. Who cares if a customer is standing in front of the counter waiting to place an order right? They will figure it out lol Cookie and ice cream quality is good. Though my cookie was getting a little hard and not as chewy as I have had before at other locations :( My favorite Crumbl Cookie location will still be their Pleasant Prairie one! I ordered cookies and a cake from Crumbl, and the treats themselves were absolutely delicious--fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. When I arrived for pickup, the employee simply placed the box on the counter and walked away without confirming the order or even opening the box to check the contents. When I opened it myself, I noticed one of the cookies had been very sloppily decorated, with chunky, uneven chocolate. I politely asked for it to be remade, and while they did redo it, the employee seemed visibly annoyed and again just tossed the box on the counter without a word. Finally stopped by at the Gurnee location, which is conveniently located to our home. No lines. Easy ordering process using the kiosk area. Selected four of this weeks's flavors. Received within seconds from ordering. Pretty pink box showcased the warm cookies. Tried slivers from each cookie. My favorite is always Milk Chocolate Chip. Chunks of chocolate, gooey soft, and not overly sweet. Other favorite was the Maple Cinnamon Roll. Thought this one would be sweet but surprisingly not, even with the frosting. The Buckeye Brownie decadent!! Rich dark chocolate with generous amount of peanut butter. Yummy!! Last cookie I sampled was the Coconut Lime, the only one chilled. Again, not overly sweet and for a cookie, it was really refreshing. Will definitely check out next week's flavors read more

I appreciate that this store usually has the selections of cookies available and not sold out. The staff didn't just hand me the cookies, they allowed me to see them prior to handed them over to me. They were working hard, which didn't allow them to notice me for a little while. They all seemed to work really well together and the store was organized and clean. read more

Chocolate chip is my favorite and wish they offered single minis! One dislike I have is the fact that the staff always looks so dirty. I get it, you're making cookies all day but there's a way to do that and keep it clean. Also, the staff should wear hair nets! read more

Nothing wrong with the cookies they are always amazing it's more of the staff. The 2 girls working just looked like someone died in the family.., I wasn't greeted when I walked then when I was showed my cookies, I said thanks have a good and she just looked at me like I was crazy's and walked away?? I even tipped cash to make sure they got the tip and it didn't just go to the company. In customer service you're supposed to drop stop 30/30 and all that means is as soon as a customer walks in you great them and see if you can help in anyway. read more

This place was super busy for the grand opening, the line was well out the door. They've got their system down though, so the wait was only a few minutes. Everyone was welcomed at the door, and the staff we're quick and helpful. Everything was warm and delicious, the cookies are huge! I placed an order the night before for a confetti cake. Upon arrival I was notified that they had sold out the previous night. I do not understand why they cannot just make more. Also why is there an option to place the order if the cake is sold out. They said i would receive a refund and I haven't gotten anything yet. This place had such a high standard when they first opened but that has dropped. So first off let's talk about the lines! This place is always crowded and is sooooooo small but literally 15 people will cram themselves in there to wait cookies. I will stand outside patiently rather than stuffing myself in there with them. I order using the app which makes avoiding that a little bit easier but not really. The cookie I got this time ( which will be my last time visiting ) USED TO BE THE BEST COOKIE. I know this sounds petty but they USED to actually toast that marshmallow and it's was so good! Maybe this one was under baked???????????? Also the first thing I noticed this time is the box is was smaller for the cookies now? Is this a business decision to up the cost of the cookie and decrease the size? Which thank gosh for all the teenagers working there that didn't get the memo. Speed off service is good. Storefront is small and becomes uncomfortable when they're really busy.

Everything was good I just have one minor annoyance everytime I go in to get cookies they hand me the box and I always feel like a bunch of stuff on my hands after and I look at the bottom of the box and it's always dirty. This time it was really wet plus had chocolate or crumbs and other stuff on it and I hate getting stuff all over my hands. I get it that it can be busy or annoying to change gloves and stuff but for it to happen like everytime is getting pretty annoying. Other than that everything is great and as it should be. Maybe just advise to take the dirty gloves off when handing boxes to people. read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Checked in through the app once I got there to pickup my order. The app screen changed as if I'd picked up my order, which I did not. Called the store several minutes later to make sure my order was not picked up by someone else and it was indeed coming out. The associate who brought out the curbside order said not a single word, no smile, nothing. Didn't confirm that I had the correct order, nothing. Had the unfortunate experience of speaking to Amanda on the phone who was very rude, your app was malfunctioning and not allowing me to order. When I finally ordered my cookies looked terrible and it took them forever to bring out the cookies curbside I was literally watching people leave their cars come and get their cookies and come out while I sat there waiting over 15 minutes. It's worth it to drive to another location not to mention of course they're out of the cookies that you want at 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon. The management here is terrible. read more
