Although they were, at the time reserved and very busy, they took the time to speak with me on the phone and go over everything with what they did with the pups and how they took care of them each individually and very conscientiously and with great care and I was very impressed with their service and the level of care they provided for the pet parents' fur babies. They reassured me that they would do everything possible to make sure he was extremely well taken care of and that his separation anxiety was also addressed while his mom was away on business so that way when she came home he would be a better puppy and most likely to react as strongly when she went away the next time. I like that they have specific program just for separation anxiety to calm the pets as well, you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and really care about the animals and that the customers are happy with the great level of care they provide for their babies. I would recommend this place because I would even choose this place myself for my pets, if I were ever visiting there in Jersey City that is, and that really says a lot.

Also 4 out of the 6 schedule visits the sitters showed up more than two hours late. On top of that the tracking app and check-in and check-out scans were very conveniently "not working " luckily we have a home security system that records the times they were there. In one occasion we also noticed they didn't bother to clean the litter box so we had to contact their boss and make them go back to clean it. How ridiculous I am doing that so called bosses job. Not to mention the sitter looked in boxes that looked like jewelry boxes luckily we had hid those away beforehand. So if you are ok with all this go for it. Otherwise you are better off getting someone off the street to pet sit for you. No it is not a mistake. I literately spoke to Pedro over the phone and he made up excuses and he still charged me. I'm adding the payment I made. I can't believe they have no shame. Specially after being so negligent, wow, everyone stay away this is the type of people you let in your home.

I messaged a bunch of businesses in our area to compare prices and see if they service my area in general, QC was one of them. The first message was on 11/16 to inquire about pricing. I was already a bit skeptical after seeing some of the 1 star reviews (specifically the one where someone's dog was hit by a car and the owner responded really negatively), but I thought I'd reach out anyway because maybe this was just a one time occurrence. Boy was I wrong. Although this place was the cheapest, the response from the owner when I originally inquired about pricing completely threw me off and gave me a bad vibe. Along with the other 1 star reviews, I just didn't feel comfortable with the owner and how he would potentially deal with situations when they arise, so I went with another business. I'd rather have some peace of mind when someone is handling my dog rather than saving a mere $10 a week. Today is 11/20, and out of nowhere, I receive these messages from the business owner. I couldn't believe this was something he'd actually send to me.... I was accused of working with Yelp because some of his reviews were moved down???? Sake is 12 years old and we've had countless walkers over the years, but I'm taking the time to write this review (my first review ever) because Jesse went far above and beyond the call of duty in order to ensure that my dog was happy and healthy the entire week while the city was devastated by hurricane Sandy and I was stranded in Florida. Jesse and his staff were extremely reliable, trustworthy, kind, and genuinely loved my dog. I was given notice at 2am that I must be on a 6am flight to Florida...6am that morning. Departure date, October 28th. Return date, November 4th. I had four hours to mentally prepare, pack, and get myself to LGA. Added complication, I had literally just moved to Chelsea and didn't know anyone in the area that would be able to walk, feed, and possibly board Sake without knowing me or my dog and on such short notice. I sent six emails to different dog walkers in the Chelsea area at 3am on Sunday morning. By the time I landed in Palm Beach at 10:30am, Jesse, the owner of Union Square Dog Walker, was the first to respond at 7:30am. Jesse clearly understood the sense of urgency in my email and assured me that Sake would be well taken care of while I was away. What a relief!! (FYI, Chris, from D Pet Hotels in Chelsea, was the only other walker to respond to my extremely urgent email) Hurricane Sandy ended up making landfall in NYC while I was away and the city went into shutdown mode, leaving me stranded in Florida for seven days. Naturally, I was worried about how Jesse would be able to care for Sake (we live 21 floors above street level) with no power and elevator service, suspended means of transportation, and in the midst of an extremely dangerous hurricane. Fortunately, Jesse proved his commitment and reliability - he took Sake out of the city to a safe home in Brooklyn, where the power wasn't affected and the storm caused little damage. Throughout the traumatic storm and following chaotic days, it was virtually impossible to place or receive phone calls and send emails in Manhattan, but Jesse had the smarts to figure out how to contact me by cell, text, and email every single day to reassure me that Sake was doing great. They went to the dog park 3-4 times every day, he purchased Sake's favorite food and treats, and spent 24 hours a day with him, so he wouldn't be frightened by the noisy winds and rain. Jesse's constant updates were directly responsible for lowering my blood pressure and thwarting panic-induced heart failure...and I'm a healthy 34 yr old guy! I can't thank you enough, Jesse!! Its been so hot and little Charlie doesn't last too long so if the walk doesn't last 30min, Amanda plays with him indoors. USDW genuinely cares. They respond to my texts within minutes and have always been able to help with all my many special requests. The prices for the impeccable service they provide is probably the best in the city.
