I was looking for help restoring some antique glass pieces. I called Lee and he was terrific! He…read morewas friendly, trustworthy, and creative. Lee is an artist. He appreciated my eclectic style and gave me lots of tips about how I might enhance my living room, down to the color of the flowers I had in a vase. And he was right! He was clearly extremely competent and I felt I was in great hands. He is honest, extremely talented and respected my home and my taste. He went above and beyond to help me. The pieces he worked on turned out beautifully and he was prompt and did exactly what he said he'd do. He even spent an extra hour putting up an antique clock on the wall, extremely respectul of the clock and my wall. I can't say enough nice things about Lee. He is honest about the cost of his jobs, more talented than you can imagine, helpful and polite. I feel lucky to have found him and would recommend him very highly!

I requested HANA GLASS to install custom-sized mirrors for my yoga studio back in January 2024. As…read moreyou can see from the photos, there are huge noticeable scratches on five mirrors. I do aerial yoga, so I use mirrors from top to bottom, and the scratches look so bad. When there are scratches on mirrors, they become of zero value. My husband has called and emailed numerous times to talk to the owner for a solution, but they are not responding. At the very least, I asked them to visit my studio to check, but still, no response. I am asking for a refund or other compensation for this poor installation and horrible service.

I live in coop city and was looking for window screens for my windows . I did not want the very…read moreaffordable ones at National Liquidators or the target . I called approximately 10 different window screen installation businesses and window businesses in general to see if I could have anybody install some official window screens for my windows. G and G Windows was the only company who responded to my inquiry. Not only did G and G Windows respond , but they responded in a timely manner. The next day they came to my apartment for measurements and two days after that they came with the screens which are perfect. Unfortunately, coop city no longer provides screens for the windows and I could not get anyone who could refer me to a company or anybody for that matter to help me get the screens. Each screen for each window cost $230.00 which I can understand how some people can see as expensive. However , I am extremely with the results, the quality and the service I received . KORAB was the individual who helped me . KORAB was very professional and timely with all his responses regarding all of my questions. To all my fellow cooperators in coop city , the Bronx , I would recommend you getting your screens from G and G Windows and asking for KORAB. Once again , it may seem a little pricey for some , but I assure you that the price equated with everything else and I'm happy that I had KORAB and G and G Windows to install the window screens in my windows.

THey shrunk my drapery that they were suppose to clean, and I have been calling and calling, and still cannot get a manager or owner on the phone, and the lady that answers the phones is completely rude to me, and hangs up on me each time, saying "they are trying to fix it, and someone will call you back." SOOO rude. I am not a complainer, but this is ridiculous. Trying to fix what!! They shrunk them by a foot and ruined my drapes. And Im the one to made feel wrong for calling them to try to talk to a manager on the phone. TERRIBLE!! And no apology whatsoever! EDIT AS OF 8/22/18: they did NOT fix the issue like they said in the comment- they replaced my expensive embroidered black out curtain that i paid over $1000 for with a cheap blind AND on top of that made me pay for the motor for the blind- so they REFUSED to replace what they ruined with something equal. DONT EVER USE THEM. On top of that I paid $50 for a service call (same day they came to install the initial blind in my babys room, so they didnt even have to come out here separately), to fix my remote living room blind that wasnt going up properly. A month later it stopped working again, and they will NOT come out here to fix again even though i paid them $50 a month prior saying its not their responsibility. If you fixed it right the first time for the $50 fee then I wouldn't have had another problem!
