Nothing seemed to fix the problem w until after about a year, Derrick tried another fix that worked flawlessly! So, it took over a year but now I do have a shower door that functions perfectly and hopefully will last for years! I'll admit that Derrick tried hard despite being very busy and eventually got things correct. My other simpler experiences with this firm has been without issues.

1. They installed a "Frameless" Shower Enclosure. It was beautiful. However, after waiting 72…read morehours before using the shower, problems. After getting out of the shower, there was a pool of water down by the door. Thank God the rug soaked up most of it, or I would have fallen. Note: The job caused significant inconvenience due to the time it took. It seemed as if the workers could not agree. For this inconvenience, we were refunded $500. 2. After they supposedly fixed the problem, the shower continued to leak. We called Square Deal, voiced our disappointment, and requested that the Frameless Shower Enclosure be removed and the traditional enclosure installed. Note: They were late once again, and the installation took an inordinate amount of time, again. To add insult to injury, they took back the $500 refund as described above, suggesting I was taking a shower the wrong way, as the reason the water was escaping. 3. 2 years later, the door is offset, and they are late coming to fix it. Nothing changes if nothing changes!!! I'm calling Jacuzzi!

Promised the job would be done in 2 weeks and it took almost a year, of me chasing him to finally come back. He never finished and said "my hearts not in it any more I'll just do one more thing and that's it" - never finished the job - rudeness I wasn't going to post because he said he didn't want to do this work anymore and was shutting down his business.
