To my surprise Max who replaced my doors (slightly tricky job thanks to underlying issues) and changed the swing direction was every bit as quick and talented and personable. After having Max review some things I would trust him with am exterior door for sure. I was really stoked about my bill. It just seemed fair and reasonable considering how my jobs got treated. I'm thankful. Probably will hire them again when my Piggy bank permits.

When we asked them, they even lied that our cords were purple. After the second time pick up, they disappeared for a week till we emailed them. Their answer was they need to send cords to get our approve. Question is why don't they sent earlier? Then, they ask us go to their store to see the cords after disappearing two weeks . Clearly, they didn't do our work and try to get more time. Don't go there. It's painful to work with them!!!! Go somewhere else if you have other better choice!!

1/5 - Extremely poor quality and zero responsibility…read more I bought four interior doors about four years ago, and less than one month after installation they started swelling and breaking apart. This is not normal wear and tear -- it is clearly a defect caused by cheap materials and poor workmanship. I contacted Rosa immediately, multiple times, asking for help and a solution. I was completely ignored. No support, no inspection, no replacement, no accountability. Customer service was non-existent. Today, 2 out of the 4 doors are completely destroyed, despite being used in a normal indoor environment. Doors should last decades, not fail after a few weeks. This company sells low-quality products and then disappears when problems arise. Very unprofessional, very disappointing, and a waste of money. I strongly advise against buying anything from them.

On other occasions, I've gone to different hardware stores for the same reason. I had needed keys made and unfortunately, when I arrived home and tried the keys, they didn't work. When the person came for installation, the top lock seemed to stick somewhat badly, making it difficult to turn and lock/unlock, whereas the original lock had aligned quite well. He asked me for some WD-40, which I fortunately had, and applied that and insisted it'd be fine within a day or so. After several days...it still wasn't. I had paid cash per request and was a bit nervous, but was ultimately able to get them back out to adjust the lock so that it closed properly a few days later. The repair/reinstallation didn't take much time, and left me wondering a bit why it couldn't have been done properly the first time, but hey, ultimately they fixed it and it works fine now, so really no harm.
