I hired Dan to install 2 Senville Aura 48K condensers with 8 split ductless heads (4 18K, 4 9K)…read more Dan charged me less than half of what it was going to cost to go with the other option I was looking at. Dan spent 5 days doing the install with his helper, he took whatever time was needed to do the job and make it look as good as possible on the exterior and interior including the work required to process my incentive rebates through my local utility, which unfortunately are only $2,000 vs. some of the larger incentives available from other larger utilities. Before I found Dan just by chance through his FB advertisement, I received quotes from 3 other companies to add Mitsubishi HyperHeat (and non-HyperHeat) AC/Heat to my home (no existing ductwork). Immediately I had sticker shock, I knew prices had gone up over the years, but the prices were through the roof expensive and way outside of my budget for the project. Before getting prices for the job, I envisioned that I was going to be eco-friendly -- turn my perfectly functioning gas boiler and baseboard into a dinosaur and move over to using air source heat pump (ASHP) split ductless units exclusively. This felt good until I realized how much it was going to cost to install those units and did the math to compare my electric vs. gas rates and efficiency in both cold and frigid temps for the Mitsubishi HyperHeat. Not only would it cost me more money to heat my house than my existing gas boiler, but the install cost was way too much. For those with oil, propane or electric baseboard heat, ASHP will cost you less money to heat your home than your existing heating system, so at least you have some ROI to work with. The things I really liked about Dan from the second I found his FB page was how proud he was of his work, I could tell from the second I saw all of the pictures he took, just how hard he worked to do a quality install. Meeting him in person was no different, he had to drive far to get here, and he took a very long time going through the rooms and outside of the house to come up with a plan that wouldn't look like spaghetti on the outside. Additionally, I asked a ton of questions before I had him come out, and he took every one of my questions seriously and ensured I had answers. Unlike a big company install where the person coming out to do an estimate is not the installer and you have no idea who will do the installation and how good they'll be, with Dan, you get Dan, he's the same guy doing the estimate and the same guy doing the install (perhaps with a helper if it's a big job like mine). I highly recommend Dan The Super Contractor HVAC for your ASHP heating/cooling needs. He will do a great job installing your system and will save you a boat load of money over the name brand big HVAC company alternative. Dan does not have a website, but you can find his work on his FB page "DanTheSuperContractorHVAC".

My wife scheduled a service appointment three weeks ago for today between the hours of 12pm - 4pm…read more At 3:09pm, I received a call stating that they would have to reschedule and offered tomorrow for service. I explained how my wife had to take time off from work (Not get paid) and how it felt really inconsiderate that they called so late to cancel. We're not available tomorrow and no other remedies were offered. Super frustrated that we waited for three weeks to be cancelled last minute. UPDATE: We spoke with management from Al's Oil shortly after the mishap. They were understanding and responsive to our frustrations. They rescheduled quickly and effectively met our needs. Al's Oil made up for the misstep and then some. Very appreciative for their response.

I would never choose this company for oil if I were you. They tell you one thing in person that needs to be done, but then lie on paper and say something different. We have had six guys here, all saying something different, causing a hassle of a mess. Then today, I spoke to Tammy; she was so rude! She didn't care that I had the tech conversation with me on our Ring cam that proves what I'm saying: "I get what you're saying, but it's not what he put on the paper!" I said, "So how come every time a tech comes out here, they lie about what they told me, seeing as it's happened each time?" Her reply was, "I don't know! I'll have to have a talk with them when they come in." I said, "Well, it's getting cold; we have barely any oil and don't want to put oil into the tank, seeing as he told me it would Contaminate it an not work properly! She didn't care, so I went, "Maybe I should have another company come out and look at the tank." She went, "You should, because we no longer want to work with you, and I'll let community action know. I'll email them." I said, "Okay, that's fine," then hung up! They are nothing but rude and never write down what they do on these service calls! I'd stay away! You guys are the worst oil company and so rude. Tammy is beyond rude and makes no sense. Seeing Tammy said it goes by what they wrote, not what they say in person, even though it's on my Ring camera. But we already found a new amazing oil company that doesn't play games and is honest and respectful, unlike your company. Tammy needs a new job, not to tell me she can't go off what I said, even though it happened in front of my Ring camera. None of your techs write accurate notes. So I will let everyone I know to never use your company unless they enjoy rude customer service where you get yelled at! So no need to reply to my updated review, seeing you wasted my family's time with all the lies and no respect! THEIR RESPONSE IS LIES. THEIR TECH LIES! THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY! THEY TREAT YOU WITH DISRESPECT! I'D REPORT THEM TO THE BBB IF I WERE YOU, OR TO THE STATE! I CAN LAUGH BECAUSE I NEVER MENTIONED COMMITTING FRAUD; I JUST WENT OFF A CONVO WITH THEIR TECH. BUT TAMMY HAS AN ATTITUDE AND WAS SO RUDE. SHE MESSAGES COMMUNITY ACTION TO TELL THEM YOU GUYS NO LONGER WANTED TO WORK WITH US. MATT CALLED TO ASK ME ABOUT IT YESTERDAY! I TOLD HIM HOW RUDE AND EVERYTHING TAMMY WAS TO ME! AND TOLD HIM WE FOUND A NEW COMPANY WHO DOESN'T LIE AND IS HONEST AND KEEPS TRACK OF NOTES! STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THE OWNER IS A JOKE WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU AND WHAT HAPPENED. LIKE I SAID, RUN AWAY!
