Great aroma, lots of selection, some prepackaged materials that make for good gifts but also a lot of scoop yourself to the quantity you want if you want to try a good variety. We got candied hazelnuts, pecans, and cashews, and all were a great balance of sweet and salty with just enough candy that it wasn't overwhelming the nutty core flavor. I do wish they had a scale. Per pound, nuts are expensive, but I didn't have a good sense how a scoop was in proportion to a pound. Grocery stores can do it, why should have it here. No sampling which makes sense, but they did have some samples at the register. I liked being able to get each nut without buying a whole container of it. Ordered off a delivery service and was told they were out of stock of something I wanted. I gave them a substitute item and they still sent me the wrong thing. The Dubai dates were really good and definitely worth the price. The seven layer halva is a scam as it's the same 2 flavors layered seven times and really not that good. Pass. I've recently discovered Dubai chocolate with kadaifi shreds mixed with pistachio butter. So I was excited to see an advertisement at this Nut Factory storefront. I beelined into the store for this chocolate bar!! There was an exciting promotion with these chocolate bars too! 7 of the chocolate bars have winning round trip tickets to Dubai! Unfortunately, there will NOT be any customers winning!! Why? Because this store removed ALL the chocolate bars from their original packaging and repackaged it in a clear plastic container. Not only will you never know if you COULD have been 1 of the 7 lucky winners, but there are also no nutrition information. Definitely shady and an unethical business practice. Lastly, I wasn't expecting the chocolate bar to be $18.99 + tax. It was nearly $21 for the chocolate bar, which is more than what I paid for in New York. Went in for their version of the viral dubai chocolate bar and ended up with so many goodies! A new item is the pistachio ketafi crusted pecans, 10/10! They've definitely increased the variety of chocolates, candied nuts and viral options. This chocolate has been going viral for a long time! Me and the wife was walking through the mall and I look up boom I see a picture of the famous Dubai Chocolate. This chocolate is $22 that's kind of steep for a piece of candy. But I tell you it was awesome, the chocolate was so smooth and sweet. The inside was so crunchy with a a great texture by the looks of it you'd never guess it would be like that. The bar really reminds me of Crunch bar, when I bit into it that's exactly what I thought of. Overall a really nice Piece of candy but $22 is a stretch. read more

This store smells sooo good. When we visited, they were in the process of roasting nuts and the smell was wafting around the mall. I was with my son and we had to go in to at least take a look. There are many varieties of flavored nuts. It's a little pricey, but there is a lot of variety. My kids really enjoyed the oreo powder covered pecans. They also have a variety of fudges and chocolate candies as well. It's fun to look around and they do offer samples. read more

Watch for naval orangeworms in anything containing pistachio. Bought a bunch of Turkish delight and discovered a few worms going in and out of the candy shortly after being home. I real up on it and it seems to be a common thing, but it turned me off to having the items replaced. Went back in recently just to look around and a few packages of Turkish delight had hungry worms in them. They need a better distributor for their pistachios. I can't trust buying from them again. read more

My wife and I were in Westfield Paramus mall, we noticed this store and we walked over to check it out. This store is packed even on a Monday.. There's so many varieties of candies & nuts. It's amazing! We got a box of assorted nuts, chocolate & candies. It's a self-sealing, sturdy box and it's delicious. The store is located inside the mall, on the main level, right across from Macy's and the escalators. We will visit again and try other products. read more

The place smells great and the treats are really good but...the customer service puts me off. There was a girl working there and she was just terrible vibes. I asked her about a product they had and she just points in a general direction. Then when I go there and can't find the product, she directed me to it as if she was annoyed I can't take direction. Just so you know, the store is PACKED with items. Then when I get to the register, she is dead faced. Not friendly at all. I know you don't have to be so friendly at work but like be professional.. Came in because i saw their sample tea. The name was heavenly something and it was the best tea I've ever had. They actually sell the fruit to make their tea.Talk about FRESH. I also got their caramelized peanuts. WAYYY better then nuts for nuts. The nuts are freshly made there. I actually got it right after they made it so they were warm. Their peanuts are bigger then regular nuts, which makes them that much better because i don't feel like I'm just eating sugar. Would i come back? YES. Worth the money? YES. read more
