For nearly six minutes, not one person--neither the owner nor the multiple baristas inside--said a single word to me or made any attempt to take my order. Instead, they began preparing the order for the car that had arrived after me while I continued to sit there with no service whatsoever. This level of disregard is unacceptable. When a stand is not busy and several employees are present, being ignored entirely--especially while someone who arrived later is served first--is beyond unprofessional.
