Twice I've seen patrons in the store not wearing masks and I've asked three different staff, to which they say "It is a suggestion to wear masks; it's not mandatory". So, I feel health regulations are more mandatory than your lacklustre care for keeping everyone safe in this time. Follow the rules and we will get over this pandemic quicker. The staff is friendly and welcoming. You see all the freshly prepared ingredients at the front counter where they prepare your order. Different combinations are available with the choice of adding in protein or keeping it vegetarian. There are smoothie and drink choices as well. I took off two stars because there was a time I ordered take-out and they completely forgot the rice noodles that go with the Buddha Satay! It was incredible on how they could have forgot such a major component of the dish - they added toppings to an empty bowl! I should have checked but I was left with a very sad carbless meal - definitely lost 1/2 my meal there. The second star off is for the stingy amount of avocado they give in the Pangoa Rice Bowl - I've ordered this twice on separate occasions and it was the smallest two slivers of avocado - it was a where is Waldo amount of avocado. Besides from those negative instances, it's a change in the typical greasy fast food options out there. For something fresh, you can try out Freshii! Lots of free parking in the lot as well.

She told me that she was currently cleaning the pulp out of her juicer and it'd be 15-20 minutes. She then asked me if I wanted orange juice. If I'd wanted OJ; I'd have ordered OJ. I drove ten minutes to get a carrot/ginger for my mom who is very sick. I'm sure that cleaning juicer is part of the closing duties, but they didn't close for 1.5hrs and my mom didn't get her juice.
