I recommend the crispy duck or Dragon and Phoenix entrees. As a big bonus they serve around 8 varieties of loose tea! This is the real deal, not just some sad little tea bags that contain tea dust. As a big loose leaf tea guy this is a huge plus. I recommend the Red Robe or Tiguanyin oolong but they also have green and black varieties. Tea is served in a generous 32 oz pot. The trick is that you have to know when to pull the steeper out so it does no get bitter. Taste little bits along the way as it steeps, but for a pot this large the oolong can usually go about 3 min or for the rolled Tiguanyin types up to 4 maybe 5 minutes. The staff is also extremely friendly. I live in Nashville 7+ hours away and they remember me whenever I stop in. I found them while traveling to PA for a gig. My friend and I did a quick search to find non-chain food along the highway and it was getting late past 9pm and in the country you don't find many non-chain options let alone good ones.
