This rigid, unsympathetic policy and lack of basic customer care is unacceptable. During many appointments, the practitioner frequently made negative comments about Indians -- especially about how Indians drive. As an Indian client, I found these remarks inappropriate and offensive in a professional setting. More concerning were my last two visits. On both occasions I arrived only a few minutes late (less than five minutes). During those appointments, the treatment on my upper lip resulted in burns. The second time the burn was quite severe and took time to heal. Unfortunately, after a thorough comparison, there are no obvious results. My jaw line and neck are still sagging, and I have not seen any noticeable improvement.
