Three stars is "ok" and that's okay. I shop the EC store a lot for it's convenience. The staff is friendly and helpful enough, usually. They always have some good to great deals and they alway seem to also have some ridiculously high priced, over-packaged nonsense as well. Take your pick. My main issue with this store is consistency of products. Several times I have found a product (temple ball hash, a 14-pack of pre-rolls, certain edibles, etc.) that I really like but when I look for it on a subsequent visit, it's no longer stocked. Very disappointing. Not sure why this happens. It keeps me from adding that 4th or 5th star. That said, their own brand is always available and well priced. Maybe a 4th star for that? read more

It was my first time at a dispensary so I was unsure of how it works. I asked the guy who was helping me for strictly sativa bud, this man brings me out two bud strains and a cart. I politely said oh no I don't do carts only flower. Should've been the first indication that he wasn't fully present (man was high as a kite). He said these two are sativa strains. I asked to see it but he said I'm not allowed to touch (which I guess is fair) but would not show me the back. After purchasing them and looking at the back it literally says that is an indica dominated hybrid strain. Couldn't even return it since I'm already out of the store and they wouldn't refund me or exchange. Very irritated I spent x amount of dollars on the wrong strains especially asking for ONLY sativa. Not coming back but wanna let people know how shiesty they are here. Go to coco farms out in Antioch if you can. read more

I was just in here a few minutes ago. I specifically asked for a SATIVA strain of flower. They give me hybrid. I didn't open the package at all and returned it within 3 minutes and they tell me I cannot exchange it. I went to shop for coldfire products. The employees that helped me didn't grab the correct flavor so when I left, not even 10 seconds I realized she didn't give me the right cartridge . Not sure what the policies are for giving out the wrong product but that's what happened . They refused to exchange for the right flavor and I had to spend more $$ to get the flavor I wanted . Don't come shopping hear and if you do bring a megaphone so the employees can hear what exactly it is that you want . What a difference a day makes. Last time here all smooth and gave a quality review. This visit? Same friendly staff and warm welcome. That said.... I Pre ordered and did not receive a confirmation. Called after a few hours and staff said "we are packaging your order now." Waited another hour went in for pick up. Order not ready. Katherine ran around the store trying to fill my order. Half my order was out of stock. WTF? Lastly, when your staff pack an order concentrates must be placed top side up. Nobody wants to have to scrape product off the lid and threads of the container. I have been a customer of Nug since their grand opening and have had nothing but a great experience. Today, not so much. After spending a great deal of money for some edibles and a pre-roll, after arriving home I discovered that one of the items I had purchased and PAID FOR was not included in my bag. I immediately contacted the store and after being placed on hold, was told that I had NOT purchased the edibles in question. I informed the individual that I was speaking to that I most certainly had purchased the item and it was listed on my receipt. After going back and forth with this person and after being told that I should have returned to the store immediately, I realized that they were not interested in correcting their mistake. Omg I had the worst experience ever, I showed up on my bicycle and there didn't seem to be anywhere to lock it up so I found a spot on a handrail on a walkway that was very wide so my bike wasn't gonna get in the way of anything or anybody, as I finish locking it up I heard a deep wanna be tough guy voice telling me that if I kept my bike there it would not be there when I got back I looked over and saw a wannabe tough guy with a bulletproof vest and a firearm at his waist, As he stared me down with a menacing smile on his face I politely asked him where I could lock up my bike, yes, I did indeed not see that there was a spot on the sidewalk on the other side of the lot, the entire time he was just shooting me dirty looks, I get it, it's not in the greatest neighborhood, but the security guard may not be employed by this venue, he certainly is affiliated with it as he is there to protect it from crime, not to intimidate customers, any venue that pays money for this kind of garbage wannabe tough guy security is not gonna get any money from me, the people at 7 stars down the road are super polite and the security is very friendly, not to mention they don't need guns, I actually reached out to NUG on their website today to tell them about my horrible experience and they never replied, this company is ghetto, screw them read more

I have a daughter with cancer that uses cod for pain. I was in line last night for about 10 minutes when the security guard came out and stated they weren't taking anymore. I questioned why would you let people stand in line like that if your not taking anymore people and he points to the door and says "It's right on the door it's not my fault you can't read" I then asked for his name and he refused to give it me. after leaving I called the nug asked what company they use for security and was refused that information I then asked for a manager and she put the security guard on the phone who still refused to give his name and then proceeded to hang up on me this happened 2 times..These are kids with no respect whatsoever. I have a sick daughter and the people working there need to be fired. the people in line are paying customers who pay your wages and yet you feel the need tto be rude and disrespectful not even knowing my situation you don't see nurses coming out to the waiting room of the emergency room saying we're not seeing anybody else. This isn't someone in line looking for a cheap pre-roll to get high. This is medicine for my sick daughter.. I will be calling not only the owner but i will find out who the security guard was and he will have to answer for his actions. Unbelievable way to treat people.
