Our waitress Lauren was amazingly adorable, happy, exuding perkiness and genuinely friendly!!! We ordered an omelet, pancakes and a breakfast sandwich without exaggeration we no sooner ordered and minutes later our fresh hot steaming meals appeared ! The food was outstanding with a real focus on love snd quality !!!! This Nudy's is GREAT ! Outdoor as well as Indoor seating. I have been there 3 times now and have eaten outdoors. Every time I went, the relatives who where with me said this was a great spot. Friendly staff, good food, Love their coffee. If you want to sit outdoors on an early chilly morning...they have heat lamps. Can't say enough about this one ! This is my newly found favorite. Not impressed with the Exton location Asked for homefries well done, they came out white and barely even a toasty look on the outside. Ordered creamed chipped beef which was more gravy, barely any beef and waited for sugar for coffee and also waited for forks once the food arrived at our table. Phoenixville experience was much better. I will say the staff was friendly and the coffee was good, the attention to detail however was lacking. read more

Walked in to a basically empty restaurant and asked for a table for 5. The host just swung a chair around to a table for 4 and went to walk away. I asked if we could put two of the many empty tables together so we would not be cramped and he the. Proceeds to take a small table and push it up to another table. He did not move any of the condiments out of the way leaving no where for anyone to put a plate down. I went here twice with my husband when we were in Pennsylvania for 2 days. The service is great. The pancakes are the best I have ever had. For a small chain, I think this is the gem of the family. The service is very good and responsive. The food for breakfast and lunch is excellent. This is a fun place to go on a weekend morning for brunch, but the problem is it can get slammed and sometimes near impossible to get a seat. Tip: weekends, go as early as possible. What a surprise to find the bank location beautifully repurposed into a great restaurant with a well executed outside dining area. Service was extremely fast, efficient, friendly. This location, situated in a former bank in a shopping center, certainly aligns itself with the other Nudy's in the area, serving good food from friendly servers at reasonable prices. I really enjoyed my burger, but my wife only rated the Eggs Benedict as average, especially with a portion of them being undercooked and flavorless. We've eaten at numerous Nudy's, and this location is closer to our home. Staff is friendly and outgoing, and with it being one block off Rt 100 on Sheree Blvd, it's convenient for everyone. read more

Really awesome breakfast spot. It's solid. It won't change your world view or anything, but definitely a good go to for classic breakfast foods. Food: Everything is good. Highlights include all the different pancakes, especially the banana/walnut, gingerbread, cinnamon bun, but they're all good. Omelets are spot on. The Manager here is the MOST unprofessional person in the service industry I have ever met. She literally hung up on me when I called to find out what happened with my paid for but never delivered Door Dash Order and worst of all she wouldn't let me get a word in. I have never received such disgraceful service in my life. I will say they were also incredibly rude to the door dasher as well who called me to explain shortly after my order had been stolen. I get that door dash takes care of that on their end, but the manager could have at least been professional and intelligent enough to explain what happened better and to have not been so rude and disrespectful. A few Sundays ago I attended Nudy's for brunch. (Actually my table mates got brunch), I got lunch. I ordered a tuna melt with lots of bacon on top ......on the side were a pile of chips and a pickle. Before they leave on Sunday morning, if we go to breakfast, it's ALWAYS Nudy's. We have young kids (infants to 9 years), we have people that have severe food allergies, and it's always a great experience. Always. The service is great. The food is fresh. Today, I ordered eggs benedict at the Eagleview location. A description on the menu said it was made with poached eggs, as eggs benedict is. When my food arrived, the eggs were fried, not poached. I told my waitress, Caroline, and she apologized and said they never poach eggs, despite listing eggs benedict on the menu and advertising poached eggs. She said she asked her manager if a refund could be given, but the manager said no. I asked to speak to the manager, and she offered no explanation besides, "We don't do it that way" and "We don't want to keep a pot of water boiling". Customer service reached a low point when I had to pay full price for eggs benedict, and I did not receive what I had ordered. Either change the menu, or warn people that their eggs will be fried, not poached. Nudy's, I will not be returning to any of your locations! read more

The only thing exposed at "Nudy's" is your wallet. It is very overpriced for the quality of food and the experience. We went for breakfast and though busy the wait staff congregated in the corner in gossipy circles, leaving everyone around with empty glasses, piles of plates, and frustrated glances at watches. We had to ask for our waiter four times. The worst part were the pancakes. They are crumbly and gritty like cornbread, real maple syrup costs you $2 extra for a tiny sampler bottle, and the blueberry pancakes had so few berries they may as well been plain. IHOP is at the other end of the parking lot and a FAR better spot for breakfast. If you love pancakes and appreciate solid service, you could do better at the shadiest McDonald's. read more

OMG. Amazingly friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food at modest prices. The crabmeat Benedict was fresh, tasty, and generous. I dislike uncooked egg white, and frequently avoid benedicts because of runny eggs. I mentioned this to our server, and the plate she delivered was perfect. I also suggest the hashbrowns with onions, but they ask you your preference. The apple pancakes were exceptional. Forget about IHOP. The range and quality of breakfasts will make choosing difficult, but that will be the hardest thing about your visit! read more

Let me start with this was the first time I have been to a nudy's. The amount of food was incredible. The quality was great. It was like old fashion home cooking. My parents had burgers and they were good. I had the seared ahi tuna over salad and enjoyed it very much. My wife had eggs benedict and liked it. My son had the buffalo chicken wrap and said it was meh, but we were there after the first game of a hockey tournament and his team lost a close game, so he might not have liked whatever he ordered. Crispy bacon was good but cold. Getting coffee refills was an issue which never should have happened as the place was dead. Being a breakfast person I chose an Omelette with hash brown. Nothing too fancy once everything arrived. Food had decent flavor and employees were very friendly. Such a disappointment. While our waitress was friendly, she was slow and very inexperienced accommodating allergies. Although we were assured my daughter's burger was safe...she had a reaction.
