I feel like this is very reliable pokey like no matter what will happen you know it'll not be bad fish which is huge because there's been so many times that you go somewhere and like the tuna is bad or the salmon is bad and I hate when that happens because it ruins your entire meal and raw fish for a while. When it's good, it's really good. I will say, however, there aren't inconsistencies with ordering here. There's days where they are extremely skimpy with all of their portions of the entire plate except for the rice, and then there's days where you're getting the right portion. Those days where they have completely left out the sauce, and we got dry fish. And there's been days at the fish is drenched in sauce (though this one is hard to complain about cus the sauces are good). So if you order from here, will the food be good? Absolutely. Ordered a large poke plate for pick-up. It was estimated to be done between 1:03pm - 1:12pm. We arrived at 1:12pm and the order wasn't ready yet. Tell me why should it take so long for poke to be ready. I know everything is pre-made. When we finally got our order (and luckily we checked in the car), we didn't receive the right order. We were missing a whole another scoop of poke and the sides were wrong. There were no utensils or napkins in the bag. They obviously took the time to staple and secure the bag really well so you couldn't open it, but didn't care to check that the order was right and the utensils were there. after they made my reorder, they left a skimpy portion of tuna. read more

You order from a kiosk and wait for a text saying your food is ready, then pick it up form the counter. Ill give this plave a 3.5 because theres no description of what they put in their food. I loved the crab salad, it has alot of mayo. The cu cai salad was raddish with sesame sauce. It was refreshing. For this fish, i got nuc mam and honey wasabi because they dont have these at usual poke places. The nuc mam has peanuts in it. This one is a hit or miss. I was fine with it since it was different. The honey wasabi was really good until about the 5th piece. The taste kinda got boring and it ended up being tooo saucy. The wonton chips it comes with was amazing. I was worried there wouldnt be any because it said it was sold out. I wasnt sure what volcano was as it just said volcano but if i do come again ill probably try that one. Spice level on the spicy mayo salmon is good. My only two gripes: Firstly, I wish they had more options outside of just salmon and tuna (ex: tako, yellowtail). However, I'd rather a place nail every limited option they have, rather than be mediocre with a wider selection. Secondly, I find it odd is their shoyu tuna is a bit spicy even though shoyu isn't traditionally spicy; they sprinkle a red powder on it. On DoorDash, you can't ask them to withhold the spice powder. Loved this poke! It was super fresh and flavorful! I got the tuna with the spicy mayo and the cucumber salad and imitation crab salad. Both salads were super unique and different. The cucumber salad had long thin slices and a good crunch while the imitation crab was thin shreds packed with a delicious mayo- y flavor. My friend and I did not realize it was a ghost kitchen and the outside said Goop Kitchen. I do wish this quality of poke was backed by a restaurant where you can sit inside and enjoy the food and can ask questions etc. There is some 15 min parking out front and a small lot in back. The fish is super high quality and fresh. It is also mixed with the sauce and marinated to order! No more gummy rubbery poke. Super tender, solid, fresh fish texture with the crunch of peanuts crests a great contrast in textures. I tried the volcano sauce which was garlicky, a bit spicy and really flavorful. Paired with the Furikaka rice was an awesome combo. I also tried the honey wasabi salmon. Sweet, spicy, fragrant, and creamy. This creamy texture and crunchy peanuts made for a great mouth sensation haha. The wasabi honey was a really good pairing as well. The dish plating was also great. Super fancy and pretty. First off, the serving sizes are very generous. I decided to try the Honey Wasabi Salmon and the Volcano Tuna. The salmon was great as the honey provided a slight sweetness to each bite and the wasabi flavor wasn't too overpowering, which I very much enjoyed. The Volcano Tuna was also a great choice, packing a pleasant kick of heat. I also liked the addition of the crispy wonton chips included. They added a much needed crunch that complimented the poke.
