If you want avocado, it's an extra $1.50 which is insane considering how expensive the bowl is for its size so I didn't get it. The only sauce that comes with the bowl is when he mixed a "medium" spicy sauce to the 3 fish I selected: spicy tuna, salmon, and albacore. I noticed the albacore was mostly seared which made me wonder about the freshness of the albacore or if this is how they prep it in general. I got home, started eating, and the bowl was just bland. I've been coming ONLY to this specific poke bowl place for at least 3 years straight every week for lunch, and since they've raised prices yet again I've had to cut back because my bowl went from around $16 to $23 for the same amount of food. Poki Bowl ($17.64): For my base, I got half salad & half brown rice. For my side (you can choose 6), I got crab meat, cucumber, & onion. The other 3 (avocado, extra avocado, & extra crab meat) options cost an extra $1.50. They gave a big portion for the crab meat but I would have preferred more of the regular proteins. For my regular proteins, I chose salmon, spicy tuna, & tamago. The proteins were good but not very flavorful. They gave a small amount of tamago too. This is one of my favorite lunch options nearby because it's super easy to order online and just walk over to pick it up (definitely recommend this approach because they can get pretty busy at lunch time). Like many other restaurants, they had to raise their prices a bit because of the pandemic, but it's still a pretty good value considering all the stuff they pack into each of the bowls. The large bowl is 5 scoops of fish (or tamago if you want) and then a TON of other mix-ins like imitation crab, seaweed salad, crispy garlic, furikake, wasabi, masago, and a bunch more. You can frequently see cutting them fresh fish behind the counter so you know it's not random left over cuts which you can also tell from the taste and feel of the fish. My only complaint is I usually like spicy mayo on my bowl, and they don't have that. You actually can't pick your sauce, you pick a standard of spiciness and they fix it for you. It tasted good, but I like being able to pick. We forgot to get our parking validated so I'm not sure if you actually can, but when leaving the garage we told the attendant that we forgot and she let us out with our receipt.
