A medium bowl comes with two sides and two choices of fish. I got the Sweet Heat and the Local's Wasabi flavor. The wasabi was strong, packing a punch with every other bite. It was always unexpected, so make sure you enjoy the surprise and sensation of wasabi if you do try it. Sweet Heat was more accessible, not too spicy, great flavors. And of course I have to highlight the cucumbers! I love how each piece is cut slightly differently, almost unwieldy. Gives great texture and a rustic, homemade feel.
