The Collective Salon gets both right. From the second I walked in, I felt welcome. My chair was ready and waiting, everyone was so friendly, and there was an easy, comfortable warmth to the place, almost like a sisterhood (though it's clearly a space where anyone would feel at home). Nothing about me felt out of place. Holly cut my hair and I felt at ease with her immediately. She was warm and fun to talk to, understood exactly what I wanted, and is clearly an expert at what she does. I love my cut.
