He recommended that we top off the existing Rockwall insulation with 10" of new blown-in Rockwool Premium Plus, resulting in a new R value of R-40+ as there was nothing wrong with the existing so no need to remove it. Two man team came a couple weeks later, very professional and quickly blew in the new insulation, let me take a look in the attic to make sure it looked good, cleaned up and left.
