I've gone here for about three years now. Always thought it was great however lately it has been getting bad. Service is rushed and overpriced. I finally went to Julie who they post all her work and push her as their best. I booked an appointment for them for my engagement nails. Multiple problems. - I asked for flowers in the nails expecting dried flowers. No received these ugly sticker nothing close to what I wanted. -the French tip looks different on every nail. -the sizing on the nails are all completely different. -lastly the THE NEXT DAY!! My ALL nails have started to lift. Not just a couple places completely from the bottom. I was able to remove them as if I were wearing press ons. I wasn't able to express this to Julie because when I got back from washing my hands someone else was at my chair while my things were still there it was handed to me and rushed out. Not worth the $80. Didn't bother arguing because the management there is RUDE. And based on the reviews and responses not worth it. Please go else where if you need your nails done. The last picture is what I wanted. Update: it's been 24 hours since Julie has since message me about this. They found my Instagram and messaged me. This doesn't help anything or fix anything if anything I feel like it makes them look more unprofessional to look someone up on their social media. She has several appointments throughout the day but remembers me specifically enough to find me on social media. I definitely not I'll not be back. Another update: As you can see from the owners response why I didn't bother with them in person. As per the screenshot of the messages no solution was offered. Just an apology from Julie and Julie only. The owner response is rude and unprofessional. They cannot accept their errors. I had pointed at the flowers as well because in the KIT Julie pulled out there were nicer flowers to use and she used those. I gave her more credit and trustwhen she was doing her work because again SHE IS WHO THEY PUSH THAT DOES THEIR BEST WORK. I attached ANOTHER photo where you can see where the color gets lighter it is lifting. And I didn't want to go back because I'm just disappointed I don't believe this would have been taken care of and I am just proven right after these rude replies. read more

This is the pedicure spot. Every time I have a friend or family member in need of a pedicure, I send them here. They have a very large, beautiful salon. It's always clean. The staff is super friendly. The front desk guy Peter is so fine. Haha besides his looks his customer service skills are amazing. I been coming here since they opened in 2019 and I'm always satisfied with their services. Sidenote: Tee is my pedicure guy he's a pro at digging out those stubborn ingrown nails. read more

Came to this place a couple years ago and it was great my coworkers would go as well i don't know if they changed ownership but the same guy that always greeted me in the front wasn't there. Whenever I would go it was so busy today I went and there was nobody there and now I know why...... as soon as we sat down a man worked on my cousin and a woman worked on me. The man Henery pulled out his cuticle cutter and cut to much on my cousin my cousin said ouch and continued to cut until she bled then she said I'm bleeding can you put something on there and completely ignored her she repeated herself and he said yea yea and holly my girl gave him some kind of drops to put on my cousin then someone came up to me and started doing my manicure when I turned around my finger was bleeding and then to top it all off the nail polish got on my cousins toe and he filed it off her skin my cousin asked the front desk what she can put on that cut and she said nothing a couple days later my nail polish completely came off and its gel also my cousin ended up going to the Dr. and said she got an infection overall not coming here ever again read more

I have been coming to this location since they opened in 2019. I recommend anyone here. Just voice your concerns and wants and they will help. Peter is amazing at scheduling my appointments and answering any questions I have. I get my pedicures from Lucky or Tee and they work miracles and leave my feet so soft. Annie does my manicure dip and I am always walking out with a smile. I get compliments all the time. I do recommend trying NT out and calling Peter for an appt or scheduling online. If you're going to let any review pursue you let it be this one, to start off i went in for a fill. the first picture is a screenshot of the design that i wanted. Not only are the three lines of the gold all sloppy but there's glitter everywhere but i asked for the 3D design and it just painted brown and put gold over it. Also the poka dot print nails look like i literally have an infection on them, they're so thick and messy im literally embarrassed when people see them. To top it all off he burned me twice with the drill trying to go fast and kept catching my actual skin because another person arrived after me and she kept saying she was going to leave if he was busy so he rushed all of it. The TOTAL of this FILL was $125! when I asked for them to break it down two guys talked about it for like 10minutes trying to come up with numbers. I've gone there previously for months now and this experience has made me NEVER want to go back. read more

I've been coming here for almost a year and half, I specifically see Julie every 2-3 weeks. She has never disappointed me ever. Peter is always so helpful and friendly and greets you with a smile when you walk in. I have had a nail break occasionally here and there with work but they always find time to get me in to fix it free of charge. They are a little pricier than other places but you pay for what you get in my opinion. Julie always makes sure I'm happy and if not she will adjust and fix it to make sure I am. No complaints here. Clean, nice atmosphere, lots of color choices, but they push you into services you don't want and then don't provide all services that are part of the pedicure you select. When I went to pay, I said that it wasn't a deluxe pedicure because there was no massage or hot stone. The receptionist told me that was the package I selected and she would talk to the girl about it. Why not try charging me less because I didn't get all of the services they charged me for. I won't come back. Word of advice... don't wait until you get to the receptionist to say something. read more

I came to this place twice. First time 2 weeks ago paid $55 for my full set acrylic french tips. I came back today because two nails of mine had just popped off this morning so i decided why not go in and get a fill on my free time before going to work. Well the guy did my nails beautifully but i went for a fill which i assumed was going to be cheaper but ended up paying $57 for a fill instead. I basically paid for a full set twice. She did a great job, was very gentle , and was very communicative. Tracy did my gel nails & I am so pleased with how they tuned out. Complete gorgeous job . Will be back again soon . First time coming in and the place is very beautiful and clean. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I had my toes done by Tim and the paint was perfectly done but I'm not happy with how much pressure he put on my toes, he constantly hit my skin when he was filing and squeezes my toes very tightly when painting. He neglected to let me know it's 20$ more to do gel ( not including the base price) and that's pretty pricey. I don't like how he didn't communicate when he was switching feet, he would just tap my foot until I would look up from my conversation/ phone. He was also supposed to do my manicure, ( I requested him ) and he made no attempt to do them. Anh did my set and they came out AMAZING! I'm in love with them she was very gentle and kind from the beginning and answered any question I had for her. Went to the soft opening and I'm so glad I did, I found my new nail spot! Lee did my nails and Hanna did my pedicure, they both did exactly what I wanted, which I never had before, at the other salon I went to. Lee took his time doing my fill, polish change,and shortening my nails, it came out great, I was so happy; he's also super nice and listens to any questions or concerns you may have, and he double checks to make sure it's how you want it. I just got a regular pedicure and polish change, and my goodness I was in heaven, the chairs are AWESOME, I usually leave the massage chairs turned off, but I left it on this time and it was amazing lol. I am literally sitting in my chair crying and shaking. I have been coming here for YEARS SINCE THEY OPENED last night I get there at 5pm. They set me with this sweet elder man. It's now 615pm writing this review. So I had acrylic on my toes he removed that took an hour he uses drill to file one then clips other with clippers and it all got messed up he said sorry let me fix it. Now it's short and rounded and un even I said is there anyway someone else can help me please he said no no let me fix it. I said ok. Then mind u two clients who came in after me are now done I'm still sitting here I asked for #3 pedicure 65.00 with gel 43 min long the menu says and all he's done so far was remove polish and clip nails so I ask again can someone else help me please. So the guy who was in the front who Ive never seen before came and says I don't have anyone right now. Yet three more people are now being seated. So the elder gentleman says sorry we don't have anyone I can just put gel on your feet and not charge u and u can go. I said no because i came at 5pm and wanted a pedicure not just a color so I'll wait. So now let's see it's 625 someone comes back to me and says she will fix them and that I now need an acrylic fill. Which I didn't because they were fine untill he clipped and messed them up. It's now 7pm and I'm just now walking out. This is so crazy to me. And it sucks cause I loved coming here! I guess point in my rant is I'm just annoyed I was treated this way. Trying to be sent off not wanting to help me. Untill I said no I'm not leaving I'll WAIT! The other girl who used to work front and the guy would have never treated me this way. They know me because I've been coming so long. And maybe this elder gentleman should just retire. So so so SAD that I will no longer be coming here. I got my nails done Wednesday afternoon & by friday the corners were already popping off 4 nails and two others chipped. Couldnt come in until sunday to have them removed as i wasnt happy with how they were coming off already. Ive been coming here every two weeks for the past few months and I was still charged to have their techs bad job removed and the man in the front (not the regular one i usually see) asked me if i wasnt going to tip for the removal? Once he seen my facial expression he said nevermind. Beware of paying over $30 for gel and it not even lasting a week!!! A week ago I spent over $100 at this place. The experience was pretty good. Thought I would make this my new nail & pedicure spot until my gel started lifting off only 6 days later ! Pedicure gel is still looking good. Which makes me think this was the manicure tech missing a step...? I walked in to speak to the manager regarding my manicure. He said there is nothing he can do. They will not fix after 3 days! PER MANAGER: this HAS happened before and they can not do anything about it. BEWARE. I'm Sorry but over $30 for just a week of gel!!! I thought the point of getting gel is that it last longer... And you can't even offer half off for a re-do at the very least! That just tells me your all about your money and not your customers. I have never had problems with gel at my previous nail spot. This used to be my go to spot for pedicures because they always have availability but now I see why the salon is always so empty.. the past two pedicures I've gotten here have been a bad experience. My nail tech the past two times has been an elderly man and I could right away tell he was having a hard time and it didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. I got French tip the last time I went and I realized when I got home that the lines were really uneven and he didn't clean up my nails properly. Super disappointed because I'm pregnant and wanted to treat myself to a pedi before giving birth. In the past this place has been decent but I don't plan to return. nail techs should be able to do a basic pedicure. read more

Avoid! So many other better places to go. I told myself I would never go again but I did because I know they have small chairs for children. I should have just kept looking. This is my second bad experience. Not only are staff rude and pushy (to get gel and upgrade services) their work is crap! Either the white polish had another color in the bottle or my nails were still way too wet when she applied the clear because they came out super streaky. When I asked her to fix three of them she was annoyed and it didn't do much help the second time around. I was too annoyed at my own nails I didn't even check my daughters until I got home and those are crap too! They also don't accept card. You have to use their ATM which has a $1.50 fee.
