I know Felix for over 5 years and I recommended his firm to at least 15 of my own clients (I own a printing shop). Felix Kiner is one of the most proactive business owners I know. When he works with you he does so much research, it is like he knows my business better then I am. He definitely knows what my competitors do and what I need to do to be better. Him and his guys work fast and are very affordable - perfect fit for a small company. They never disappear like many web guys do. He always return my calls or writes back within hours or even minutes. I love the piece of mind I get with them. One more thing: this is a one stop shop for everything internet and technology. They built my several websites, my mobile apps, do my online marketing. And everything they do is just spot on perfect. I know the struggle of finding internet people you can trust. I had to change 3 guys before I found Felix Kiner - but I did, thankfully. And now you too.

I would recommend Felix to any company that wants to be proud of their web presence. Randy D

I eventually just gave up and fired them... their app developer used my app on his resume to get another job. Danny is a nice guy but he will say anything and everything to get your money. I honestly never leave such bad reviews like this (check my profile) but these guys deserve it. I've got better service from teenagers before!! No one was owning the sales process and making me feel comfortable investing in a new website. Having worked in the tech space for ten years I like to think, I'm pretty savvy and update with the pros and cons of working with an agency and was not afraid to spend the money to get the vision I wanted. I took the plunge with an agency who later turned out to be leading me up the garden path with there competency. I was $1500 down and decide to cut my losses and continue my search. What a mistake! You live and learn. My paranoia was at an all-time high! I then got introduced to Danny Alsaffar CEO from Giraffe Builders. Danny spent time understanding my requirements and relaxed me into the process. Within days we were rocking. I was beyond excited because he shared my vision and challenged me on a number of my points. Great! That's what I wanted. GB, crushed every deadline and we built an excellent understanding with Daniella who was instrumental in pulling the pieces together. Every company needs a Daniella. Energy, Drive with a passion for customer service. I loved using their project management tools! I work best when there is something to see, GB presented me with numerous visuals allowing me to point and aim feedback. So many agencies out there want to create a cookie cutter site and move on to the next. GB could not be further from this and genuinely felt like Danny was just as excited as me to complete the challenge. Can not thank them enough for there work and would happily speak to anyone that is looking to review their services. Fantastic work, you're the best agency in the jungle!
