I was requested to make two payments within the first 8 months into there work, totaling 4000.00 with a remaining balance upon completion of 1400.00. After he notified me that I could check the work for approval, which has been now a year, I discovered numerous mistakes and format issues that was not followed and that was noted to them before they began. At first we had cooperation with different people who were making the corrections that I pointed out to them. It's now been at least two months and now David Edeburn doesn't answer my calls or emails. I sent him a certified letter and he hasn't answered that either. It is obvious from similar complaints by others (see Yelp: http://www.yelp.com/biz/citrus-pixel-los-angeles ) that this is a rip off company and that he stole $4000.00 of mine and left me with an incomplete sloppy done website. Catherine Vivo contacted me on FB marketplace countless of times to make a purchase at my store. We went back and forth for months. She finally decided to place the order, to which I instructed her to stop by store and place it in person, she decided to do it online or over the phone instead. I sent her her receipt to confirm, and was awaiting payment (by this time, I had placed her order already and paid out of pocket for her items) she wanted delivery the next day, so I also paid the driver for delivery and installation. She ghosted me. She stopped replying. My driver not only picked up her items from a factory 2 hours away, but, she didn't respond. I had 6 beds and 6 mattresses sitting in my stock room, and she decided to not contact me anymore. She didn't reply to any messages or calls. Disgusting behavior. About a few weeks later she contacts me again, saying she was too busy. Which I understand, I own 3 businesses and things can get rough, but it takes a mere few minutes to reply to someone especially about an order that was placed. At this point I decided to continue to help her, and she decided to finance her order instead. No problem! She applied through Acima and was approved, I instructed her on the contract, and everything went though. I am currently fighting cancer, and unfortunately got very sick, but I continued to help her. I also let her know we do not issue refunds or cancellations, but we do exchanges. If something isn't to her liking we have thousands of items and many furniture manufacturers we work with. I set up her delivery for the second time, we spoke and confirmed delivery the next day. My driver loaded the truck and we fit her in our schedule. I service thousands of customers to which many need delivery and installation so we are very busy. I contact her to let her know about the delivery and it happens again. She decided to cancel this time. How does someone take months contacting someone just to say the beds wouldn't work for her? You had months to make sure they would work! I also offered her different models to choose from. If those beds didn't work, she could have chosen others. We also could have added box springs if the height wasn't high enough. She not only ghosted a small business after irresponsibly placing an order and asking for next day delivery, but she canceled again last minute. I am stuck with a bill of over $2,000 now, that I have to pay out of my own pocket, apart from restocking fees because of her mistakes. This person could have chosen a different item and worked with us but she didn't. They're not here to help your small business but instead to hurt it. Do you really want to work with people like Catherine Vivo? She's not only irresponsible but a disgusting person for hurting businesses for no reason at all. I've never in my 10 years of business had a customer like this and I pray I never have to again. I have every message she sent me on Facebook along with text messages from her. I am a strong believer in Karma, and people like her deserve everything to come back to them. I will make sure even on TikTok to tell my store so everyone can know what type of people they are. Pay me back the money I spent, I will be sending you to court for damages. ** Would like to update that the business owner replied to my messages, and obviously has failed to accept any accountability whatsoever. Which again is disgusting behavior coming from them. Again, you will receive your karma for trying to deflect instead of accepting accountability. I too have messages and a lot of receipts that will show what you did was hurt my business. You're not a good person, and it's embarrassing you're trying to portray that you are. Again, you canceled a order last minute and didn't even have the decency to let me know until I decided to message you. Acima clearly canceled because the product was not received because YOU CANCELED LAST MINUTE and they agreed that you are in the WRONG but they can't charge you for what you haven't received. Trying to blame me for you irresponsibility just goes to show how horrible people you are, and again, when you get your karma you will remember your wrong doings. Unlike you, I actually help small business and I actually help my customers. I've never had such a horrible experience. I will make it known what you did, until you accept accountability for your actions. Expect court documents. Have the day you deserve.
