The first and most obvious problem I overlooked was the fact that they "demand" cash as a form of payment. Once I gave them the 50% deposit, in cash of course, things took a left turn. Calls went unanswered, emails too. A website nowhere in sight. After getting tired of being ignored and showing up at their office they had the nerve to tell me that I can't show up without an appointment. I can go on and on and on. I will not. The end result was a non existent website. I was given a link to download some files, which I did, just to find out they were infected. I had 3 different companies look at their work and they all agreed that a child could have done better. Not a good feeling after spending $3000.00 in CASH. If you are looking at hiring these guys, I will gladly share my correspondence with them. Take a look at their emails to me and then make up your own mind. As for some of the less appreciative reviews; I think if you're looking for a creative website from a company that literally incorporates "creative" in their company name, you should anticipate them to be a bit unconventional from time to time since the two words are near synonyms. If I wanted some boring website I can find that anywhere, if I want something extraordinarily distinct I'd go with them. You might have to be a bit more direct, but I think if anything the quirks I see in complaints are just reaffirming traits you would expect and hope to see in a company that does creative designs. Blake and Robert were by far the most shady people I have ever met. We had two meeting with them regarding SEO and they ended up draining us for $5k before we realized they hadn't done anything about enhancing our website. We ended up having to go to court to get our funds back. Blake finally admitted he dropped the ball but it has to take a judge and a courtroom in south orange county for that admission. We ended up working with another company in Santa Ana called Ink Refuge and I am so grateful we found them. It was unfortunate after going back and forth with Blake that we lost precious time regarding our SEO and marketing needs for our website and missed the Christmas rush and ended up affecting our bottom line.
