Ivy offered without me asking to redo the sign and ship it to me free of charge and let me keep the first sign with the hiccup. The sign was fine but they were perfectionists and want the customer to be 1000% satisfied. I know this time they did not make much profit if any with all the manufacturer and shipping costs. I was shocked once again when I received the sign how intricately they packaged it. They must have spent at least 20 minutes packing the sign! This tells you that the Ivy and her team really care about their image and they are truly dedicated to the customer experience. It was like unpacking a ceramic bowl! He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! Emad was kind, patient and helpful. He gave me suggestions, advice, and insights all within my business budgets. I was very pleased to hear what his price quote was. I assumed it was going to be much more expensive than it was. It turns out they are cheaper than their competitors with better care and faster services. All of the competitors slowly got back to me with double and triple the price quotes than The UPS Store and not within my time frame of expectancy. Emad was kind to text examples of what my company's cards would look like previously to printing the 100 cards that I purchased. I was so happy and surprised that it was so simple. I hired this company last September to create a new website and was told everything would be great. Shortly after I began working with them problems started to arise. There has been major problems communicating with the owner and staff and they certainly do not like to return phone calls. When I would call there, everyone was in a "meeting", except for the times when they wanted to collect money. I did halt for the project for a few weeks because I did not like the direction they were going. I basically took some time to lay it out exactly how I wanted and asked them to just finish it from there. That was back in October and I still don't see a clear finish date in sight. I have already paid 3/4 of the total contracted price and yet it keeps dragging on. I have received numerous excuses and apologies on email, of which I have saved, of why my site is not finished. I supplied him with clear cut, exact details of what I wanted and sent multiple sample sites to refer to...Edgar say he could do it and even said he has a graphic designer on his team (WHICH HE DOESNT) ...After consulting with other legitimate website builders they have all said to me, (after reviewing what I sent Edgar/Cyber Lords)..."there is no way Any Legitimate website designer/builder could get this wrong" ...I have since learned people like Edgar/Cyber Lords are unfortunately everywhere online, making promises, take your money, and then disappearing and/or not deliver.
