My item was delivered incorrectly. It is a large and heavy workbench. It should've been left on my driveway right-side up, wheels on the ground. Instead, the delivery people left it on its side, wheels sticking out on the right. The unit weighs over 600 lbs, and I cannot lower it to its proper position without damaging the property or injuring myself. It is simply too heavy. NSD refused to come back out to complete proper delivery, even though the wheels are clearly visible AND the package's "THIS SIDE UP" warning is crawling vertically up the side of the box. This company is truly awful. They never delivered the bed I purchased off Amazon. Cannot reach them on the phone. It seemed they would go back after the fact and modify the tracking and delivery info. I scheduled the bed to be delivered on a specific date, they updated the tracking days later to say they attempted to deliver but were unable to contact the recipient??? Total BS as all contact info was correct. They made multiple edits to the delivery tracking, with bogus info on multiple days, saying they attempted to deliver but were unable to. Again, complete BS as I work from home and was physically present at my house on every day they claimed they made a delivery attempt. I checked the tracking info another time to see they'd updated it to say "attempted delivery but unable to deliver" and listed the time they'd supposedly made the delivery attempt... but the update was made way before the time of the so-called attempted delivery. Then... get this... someone actually called me to ask if I got the delivery - remember they were claiming they couldn't contact me as my information was incorrect??? I replied no. Several days after the phone call, they updated the tracking to say "delivered" but the alleged delivery date was PRIOR to the day they called to ask if I'd received the bed??? Worst service possible. They contacted me to schedule a return but there is no way to reach anyone back. At the time, I did't have a tracking number from Home Depot yet. So, even if NSD send me an email to call them back, you can't talk to anyone about it on the phone. Then, NSD's Web Chat took 10 minutes to get back to me, and told me that they could not help me because their Call Center does not have access to the NSD's systems without a tracking number (even if they are the one who contacted me in the first place). And now that I have received a tracking number from Home Depot, I can't reach NSD's phone number, and instead I get messages that my call cannot be completed at this time!! The shipping experience was average at best, the third delivery date they contact me about 20 minutes out and quickly transferred the parcel into the house. I was pretty surprised that they wanted me to sign the delivery sheet before the package was inspected, in the end everything was packed well and no damage was incurred. It sits in their terminal for a week, so I go the chat route and first one hangs me out to dry for an hour and drops the connection. try again get the, it's at the dock and you will hear back in 24-48 hours. zip response. Although they did update the tracking with a back dated transfer to final carrier (a week prior). Try again the next week, same let us get back to you routine. I ordered white glove delivery, did not receive it, and have been given the run around over and over again between both this company and Icon fitness with no resolution. No one follows up, no one schedules the delivery when promised. I plan to report both to the better business bureau as there is SERIOUS shadiness and fraud going on. NSD delivered my Norditrack. They were supposed to call and schedule delivery- they didn't and just texted that they were coming the next day during a 11-3 window. Luckily we are working from home due to Covid.they showed up 30 minutes early, did assemble the machine and took the bulk of the packaging but left a mess in the room including staples and didn't really speak English well so asking for any instruction wasn't really an option. After a week i got an automated call on Thursday jan 17 from NSD stating that the item will be delivered tomorrow and I will receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to delivery. The next day Friday 5 p.m. came around and I never received a phone call so I decided to check the tracking information and it showed the following information. DELIVERED Actual Delivery:January 18, 2019 12:00 PM I obviously did not receive the item yet. So i contacted NSD through chat (that's what the website indicates you today) they told me it was delivered. Messaging was then cut off. I contacted Home Depot they put me on hold and called NSD. After a few minutes on hold the Home Depot rep told me that NSD will look into and to call back tomorrow. He continued to tell me that since delivery signature was not required I should just call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am completely dumbfounded how quickly it elevated to me needing to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am going to wait 24 hours and keep my fingers crossed. But if Home Depot doesn't make this right I'm not a happy camper. There is absolutely no chance a delivery was made. Its a several hundred pound vanity , we were home, and i also have security cameras covering every square foot of my property . I reviewed it for that day and obviously nothing. I ordered a set of (2) Husky metal cabinets for my garage on 1/26/22 from Home Depot to have delivered to my home address. It is now 2/22/22 and still no cabinets. The tracking on the cabinets shows they arrived at NSD's Jacksonville Fla terminal on 2/16/22. I live 2 hrs drive from Jacksonville. I assume NSD just plans to delivery them whenever they feel like it. I on the other hand, especially after reading all the negative reviews here I decided to cancel my order through Home Depot. I'm also willing to wager that upon arrival, the cabinets were going to be damaged anyway. I think I just saved myself from another 2 week headache. Nonstop problems, nonstop lies, nonstop insultingly incompetent customer service. As others have mentioned, this is unfortunately the company contracted for "white glove" delivery of Nordictrack items. Mine was shipped on 12/6/18, and scheduled for delivery on 1/16/19. As of 1/26/19, it still isn't here. I also received a call flat out telling me when the truck would arrive, with no options for an alternative time. The two-man crew arrived on time, but the truck wasn't able to back up my driveway due to a small patch of ice where it meets the road. After trying three times, the driver told me he had other deliveries to make and needed me to reschedule. His partner got on the phone with dispatch, made some arrangements, and said they'd be back in "two hours, maybe sooner" after dropping off the next item on their list. I cleared the road, picked up three buckets of road sand, and covered my driveway -- it was clear enough for my cars, USPS, and UPS, but I wanted to be safe. Two hours passed. Three hours, four. I texted and called the driver; no response. Called Nonstop's customer service line; got a "please hold" message for half an hour before the line finally just hung up on me. Emailed customer service; received a response the following day telling me I would be getting a call the *next* day to set up a new delivery. No explanation regarding where the driver disappeared to. I have since received one phone call, from an employee in Virginia wanting to know whether anyone from the terminal in Maine had gotten in touch to schedule delivery. I told her no one had, and she said I'd be getting a call that day. Silence since, despite my repeated calls and emails. I'll update this with whatever resolution is ultimately reached, but in the meantime, avoid this company at all costs. They don't care about you, your business, or whatever you ordered. read more

They don't answer the phone, their chat line, when it works (which is rare) is of zero use. I've wasted hours trying to get ahold of someone. They never return calls, and they are a week overdue on a delivery with no way to get an update. When I do reach someone via chat (the only way to reach anyone) they always tell me that they can't reach anyone at the terminal so there's nothing they can do to help me. I appreciated the delivery with this company . They were quick and kind. One piece was not put on right but I just told them don't worry about it since it wouldn't effect the treadmill. They were able to cut it to turn the piece around and tape it back up. The treadmill has been making a bit of noise when it passes past that piece but it's not killing me so I dont mind it. They took all trash out and didn't give me any issues. Didn't take them long to put it together at all and they were careful of my walls which I appreciated. read more

NSD was the "Last Mile" delivery service for the delivery of our kitchen table and chairs. Communication is non existent as I made several attempts to trace the order. The only thing received from them was an email promising to look into the request. One email, no follow up. NSD received the shipment on June 18 and delivered it 2 weeks later on July 2. Why did my furniture sit on a dock for 2 weeks?! Had NSD followed up to the email I would have picked up the shipment. It's only 19 miles away and I've got a long bed truck, no problem. The chat operator just replies standard trained messages "we have technical difficulties and can't pull info now", re-routing to the phone number which doesn't reply, then just ends the chat. Will attempt to contact via Amazon, maybe they have another phone number which replies. ------------------------------------ Had an order from Amazon scheduled on a specific date, as I was out of town. NSD was sending me text messages on completely different dates (while I was out) asking to "confirm" the delivery, which was not possible. Was trying to contact via phone - auto-reply said: "everyone is out, leave the message". Was trying to leave a message - the auto-replay said: "mailbox is full". Super fast and efficient! When I made my purchase, I was told the delivery company would leave it outside my door. However, NSD was happy to bring my shipment into the house for me. I never received my piece of furniture that was purchased through a big box retailer and shipped through this company. The tracking number says it was delivered but it never was. My address was correct, etc. and since this is a piece of furniture there is no way I could have missed it. Big box retailer reached out to this company for proof of delivery and they falsified a delivery notice, with a delivery driver signature and everything (no signature from me), leaving me no ground to stand on. Sad I even have to rate it at least one star, as they deserve zero. My ladder ordered from Home Depot still hasn't been delivered. Ordered at the end of June, it's been sitting in a "local last mile delivery terminal" since at least July 15th. I've called multiple times, most of the time no one answers. One the rare occasion someone has reached out to me (usually through a bad Yelp review) they keep insisting they will call the last mile terminal location in Orlando, and I never hear anything back. All these clowns like Marshall, Pat, and Robert replying to the bad Yelp reviews never actually do anything, as Marshall said someone would contact me, of course no one ever did. I've filed a formal complaint against the BBB, and I am considering filing police reports in Virginia and Orlando for stolen property. At this point I'm not even expecting this product to ever be delivered. The absolute weirdest thing about this entire ordeal is that NSD absolutely refuses to tell me where this last mile terminal even is in Orlando. I've offered to pick up the item myself, or contact them directly, and they refuse. They won't even consider it due to "privacy issues". What this tells me is that more than likely these last mile terminals are actually some independent delivery contactor's storage unit, and their independent contactor is the one's actually delivering these products, and that's why they won't provide any contact information. I've never interacted with such a poor delivery company in my life. All these reviews on Yelp, and the BBB underscore how bad this company is. Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon, and any other major company that uses this company really needs to rethink about using them in the future and the damage it's doing to those companies reputation.
