These reviews are definitely NOT fake. I like using staffing agencies, because it's their job to find you a job. It's like having an extra set of hands in your job search. I have worked for a few of the local staffing/contracting agencies, and these folks are the BEST, hands down! I have been working for Kristiana and Tracy for about 6 weeks now. The first thing that really set them apart from their competition is that they are very down to earth and genuine. they treat you like a real person and not a resume. They are both professional and genuinely friendly, and it's a disarming quality that enables them to get to know a candidate so they match them with the right job for them! They took the time to find me a job that was a good match for me, and they nailed it! I am in a job that I am not just skilled in, but am passionate about. I love what I do, and I am learning new and valuable skills on this job as well. It happened pretty fast too, it was approximately 2 weeks from my initial interview with NRI to my offer from their client. On my first day at work, they decided to put me in a different role than what I had been hired for. I got a call from Kristiana that evening, explaining what my new role would be, and why their client wanted me for that role, and she gave me the monetary increase that came with the new position. I bring this up because it shows that these people have integrity. They already had me at a lower price, and the agency could have made more money off me by pocketing the difference. That's not how these people operate! If you are looking for work, I HIGHLY recommended you give Tracy and Kristiana a call. I have experience with NRI from both sides, as a prospective job seeker and as an employer looking for some assistance. My experiences with temp agencies had been so-so before being referred to NRI in spring of 2010, but I was very impressed with Ann Sheppard and the rest of the staff from the get-go. Ann called me just a few hours after I'd come into the office to offer me a temp job which started the next week, which was awesome considering I'd just gotten back from travelling for an extended period of time and needed the work! My temp assignment was about six weeks and Ann was in constant contact, sending me leads on permanent jobs. I interviewed with several places while still working at my temp job and ended up landing a great one. The timing was just about perfect--the temp job ended and I started my new job (where I am still employed) just two weeks later. I always knew that Ann was advocating and looking out for me--she sent me a ton of job leads and met with me several times before interviews to make sure I was prepared. She also found several other people I know long-term temp jobs, and quickly! Review for Tracy Van Duston In late 2015, I was job searching and felt like I had hit rock bottom. I had come out of a terrible environment with another position and needed a fresh start. I met with Kristianna Tyler in the Annandale office in early March. I would describe her as extremely thorough. She was professional and I was impressed with her willingness to reach out to me a few days after I contacted NRI. Before my appointment with Ms. Tyler, she followed up with a confirmation notice and gave me tips on preparing for my Microsoft Office assessments. At our meeting, she was very kind and assured me that NRI works very hard to place employees with clients that are a good match. NRI has been an awesome experience. I think it may have been a two or three week turn around from first contact, to first day of work. My recruiter was Tracy Van Duston, who is an absolutely awesome person. She's always been prompt with returning my calls or e-mails, and has done a fantastic job of keeping me up-to-date on things happening within my current assignment, and opportunities that become available. I have worked with the office in Annandale. I posted my resume and I received a call the next business day. I went in for an interview.. I decided to work with NRI because it a respectable and well acceptable company. I like to work with them because they not only look at your resume but they take the time to see what your goals are and try to match them to the positions that they are seeking for you.
